Glass sliding doors from the living room and main bedroom capture the stunning views and open to an undercover alfresco balcony. Includes a single garage in secure basement.

-Directly opposite the life-saver patrolled section of Manly Beach (North Steyne) and the world famous Manly Surf School
-Main Bedroom with king sized bed, ocean views, ensuite, and double glazed balcony doors.
-2nd Bedroom with queen sized bed and double glazed windows.
-3rd Bedroom with double sized bed.
-Separate room can be used as office/work area or to store surf boards or luggage.
-High speed wifi throughout the property.
-Main bathroom and ensuite with rain shower heads and heated towel rails. Hairdryer available for guest use.
