Military family

We were close to the base and all the shopping convenience that we needed. Only an hour from Nashville and the airport for drop offs.Plenty of room and amenities. Nice and cool on very hot days.Perfect yard for our pup.The neighborhood was clean, quiet and very nice.

Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood

The house was comfortable, conveniently located, and dog friendly. Our family of 6 stayed for 4 days and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking in the Clarksville or Fort Hood, KY area.

Loved this house

Great place for family and their dogs

My family and boyfriend stayed here while I had to take care of business in Clarksville. The house was in a great location with a huge fenced back yard for my dogs to play safely. The house was very clean. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Clarksville.

It served the need.

This house was very near the expressway, close to many restaurants and stores, and was chosen for the location, which was great for us. It looked better in the pictures. Unfortunately, it was not very clean, things were broken (TP holder, decor on coffee table, handle on kitchen cabinet) and just not well taken care of—which is likely more to do with the cleaning service or property management. Luckily we came prepared to sanitize everything because of the pandemic and were out a lot for family wedding festivities, so didn’t have to spend much time there. I will not recommend, but it could be better with some maintenance and a thorough cleaning.

Nice clean place to stay, my only criticism is the coffe filters, if you don’t want grounds in your cup( pet peeve of mine) bring some cone shaped filters beds are very comfortable and it’s a quiet neighborhood.

Great Stay

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here, we were in from out of town for a family baby shower, the home was large enough as described to accommodate our whole family with plenty of space. Clean, beautiful home with a large back yard for those who need a pet friendly place to stay. Baby is due soon and we will definitely be back!!

Hi, we are Asury and Adam. We own and operate a real estate investing business. We are also a military family, as Adam served in the U.S. Army Special Forces as a Team Sgt. for a Combat Dive Team. He has proudly served our country for over 15 yrs. Asury has a medical background, particularly, in the ophthalmic field. We both decided to retire from our previous professions to dedicate our time completely to our real estate business. We self manage our properties and have built a great team to help us scale and provide an awesome Airbnb experience.

We are longtime residents of Clarksville, TN., and we're very knowledgeable about the immediate and surrounding areas.

We are a family of 5 with 1 fur baby. We enjoy doing family-friendly activities. We, too, love traveling and understand the importance of comfort, space, and privacy especially, in a military town where families are constantly visiting or transitioning. We love using AirBnB during our travels. In fact, that's what inspired us to become hosts ourselves.

Fun facts about us: Adam is from Mississippi and learned Russian as a second language in the military. Asury is from Panama (the country) and her first language is Spanish. We can't live without coffee! Our favorite foods are sushi and Mexican. We love supporting local small businesses and highly encourage our guests to check them out as well.
