It is a beautiful house on one level with a spectacular private pool and incredible decoration, patio in the back where you have a grill area and a relaxing area next to the pool, has everything you need to have a vacation dreamed, private parking included and private security throughout the whole, the Gold Coast complex has two tennis courts, a full equipped gym and three large swimming pools and a clubhouse with restaurant

The Space:
It is a very comfortable house, the rooms are very cozy and well decorated, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and in the patio we have a beautiful pool
And an area to rest and drink coffee by the pool ...

Private pool and 3 community pools, tennis courts, gym, clubhouse, barvacoa area, free private parking ..

The Neighborhood:
It is a very well harmonized place the plants are in perfect maintenance the place is very well maintained very secure three beautiful pools are near the golf course and very close to the best beaches of aruba

Getting Around:
We have a free parking spot, also the public transport of Aruba goes through the entrance of the complex and for 2 dollars it takes you through all the main avenues of aruba

Interaction with Guests:
I give independence to my guests but if you need me I will be there immediately

Wonderful stay

Everything was great. The host was accommodating, the property was clean, and neighborhood was quite and nice. Would definitely rent again.

Nice property

This is our second time at Gold Coast and it is a great place to stay while in Aruba. The house was spacious with a nice pool (the water pump was not working properly but they knew and were doing something about it). The rug in the living needs to be washed however the rest of the house was ok. Could stay again as the kids really enjoyed the pool and the double decker bed.

Great location!

We enjoyed our 8 days stay at this property, the proximity to local beaches as well as the strip with restaurants and evening entertainment was just perfect. We enjoyed the amenities of the gated community, the pool by the restaurant was our favorite spot to relax. The house was clean and sheets and towels smelled great, however house do need a little more loving. Furnitures look a little worn out as well as outside area would need a little TLC in order to be fully utilized. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommended this property if you are looking for a central spot to sightsee the island and fully enjoy the area on your own!

Great Stay

Our stay was cut short by the virus, but we will be back. It's a great spot and very comfortable. The pool was perfect and the house was clean. We were tempted to stay for months. It could use more pots and pans and larger cups. A large frying pan, a sauce pan and a cookie sheet of some type would have been nice to have. The only storage in the bedrooms are the closets with barely any hangers, but do have some shelving. 4 beach towels, a cooler, and 3 beach chairs were there for us to use. The owner provided cooking oil, dish soap, one roll of paper towels and a roll of TP for each bathroom. Toiletries provided were the tiny hotel sized, which was fine because we brought our own. We would choose this place again for sure!

Nightmare

The pictures of the condo are deceiving. We had so many issues, not sure where to begin. Washing machine didn’t work, 2 inches of water all over, I had to mop 3x. No mattress pad on master bedroom bed, no wash clothes, drapes/sheer curtains on back door slider were stained, chair in tv room stains all over, rug is worn and dirty, wood trim on cabinet door on bottom by garbage can all broken looks like from water damage. Victor was hard to get in touch with and didn’t respond-he sent Gloria who was very sweet but didn’t understand English, fortunately my husband can get by with the Spanish he knows. I told her and showed her the mattress pad missing and no wash clothes, she immediately brings back towels and sheets-I showed her again and my husband spoke in Spanish to her and she got it right second time. Thursday night we had a flood in laundry area and leaked all the way into kitchen, I demanded someone come out even though Victor said too late, I told him send someone immediately there’s a problem. Maintenance tech came at 9p he said he would be back Friday morning to fix, we were out all day and when we came back at 5 PM nothing was fixed I messaged Victor several times the maintenance guy finally returned and he said it would not be fixed till Monday. Monday is when we checked out so we had no wash machine. I don’t do my laundry on vacation, but I like to do the towels and beach towels. And because of a broken wash machine I was unable to do that. Instead I mopped up all the water from the filled machine. On Friday, I message Victor asking if there was another unit available because we had black ants all over the kitchen countertop and red fire ants on the floor outside the laundry room and also found a red fire ant in my toothbrush holder, it was unacceptable and I asked if he could send an exterminator and he never replied. The pool area is nice but old and couch was dirty, tiles by the pool are broken and someone could get hurt if not cared. Very disappointed in this unit and with Victor. I feel we should be compensated and I do have a case with VRBO. Victor you claim to be a Superhost but you really disappointed us with not responding to us at times. I missed 2 dinner reservations because of problems with your unit. I’ve never cried on vacation but I did because of this. I would not recommend this unit to anyone and as far as Victor goes he needs to provide a better way to communicate with his guests. I demand a refund.

I think you are very unfair in your comments. We have reimbursed your account immediately when you requested it. Two nights that you also asked us for when the washing machine was damaged. My manager washed your clothes at the dry cleaners. Day after day and you would be alone for 4 nights and we did not have time to repair the washing machine something that can happen we also take everything you requested

Loved our stay

We stayed at Victor’s place for 12 nights and we ve enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed. The beachchairs and cooler came in really handy for all the beach days. The private pool was so much fun, our son (1,5 years old) enjoyed it very much, and so did we! The location was nice too, the park was well kept and close to some beautiful beaches and the lighthouse. We would definitely stay here again if we would ever travel to aruba again!

A very nice apartment on Gold Coast in North

The apartment was more than fine, very clean and equipped with everything. Air conditioning in all rooms, big refridgerator, good stove, oven, separate microwave, more than enough towels, beach towels, a cool box, beach chairs, etc., etc. The private pool is ideal for a nice swim and the veranda with ceiling fan is wonderful to sit in the shade. The fitness space that you can use at Gold Coast is equipped with sufficient equipment to do your workout. All the people on Gold Coast are friendly: at the gate, the people for the maintenance of the complex, the people at the reception. Every day the gardeners are working hard to keep the park so beautiful. The Restaurant Salina has a perfect service, you can drink a delicious cup of coffee in the morning and drink a nice fresh Mango Mojito in the evening. You can also enjoy good food throughout the day. Gold Coast also gives you a nice and safe feeling, because it is a guarded area. Great location in Noord

We missed a coffee maker and good beach chairs. We received it after we asked for it. They only thing that really needs attention is the pool ! We would not be happy if we had small kids. The pavers around the pool needs to be repaired. Not safe for little ones also the pool light needs to be repaired. Beside this the property was clean and the location is good.

Amazing Stay

This is an amazing property in a beautiful location. The private pool was a highlight of the trip. Close to many amazing beaches and the high rise area. We definitely will stay here again!

Fabulous week in Gold Coast / Noord

The unit was great and was as advertised. The kitchen, bed, baths were totally functional if lacking a tiny bit in the comfort / luxe area. Having the small / plunge pool and fully shaded private back patio was the winner for me......and I loved cooking full breakfast in the kitchen every morning -- and even enjoyed grilling one night for dinner after a full week of eating out. The location was really great -- the Hotel Zone and Palm Beach were minutes away and the proximity to local grocery stores, Eagle Beach and the airport was pretty perfect. It is a lovely gated, secure community and highly recommend this host and this unit.

Clean, spacious apartment. Poor host communication

Pros: very clean 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment with plenty of space. Kitchen clean, moderately stocked (good pots & pans, silverware, plates. No baking sheet, only 2 mugs). Nice outdoor sofa, hammock. Pool small but clean, great for a cool-off. Quiet gated neighborhood. Property security were welcoming and friendly. Location was great as long as you have a car - quick drive to Arashi, Eagle beach, restaurants. Would be good for a family. Cons: Despite sending us a few communications with instructions about check-in and check-out, with the request to contact him with any needs, the property manager never responded to multiple inquiries via email and on vrbo messaging. This was quite frustrating as we had minimal hot water, an issue that never got resolved. We did happen to run into the owner who tried to fix the water, but never followed up to see if it was better. When we called to let him know it was still an issue he answered the phone, but never took action. Check-in communication was incomplete: we only learned there were chairs for us to use and an ice machine after we happened to run into the owner. No recommendations or helpful hints for vacationing were provided. We felt very much on our own. Overall this was a fine launching point. It could be transformed from acceptable to great with a little better kitchen stocking and improved communication.

Cozy and perfect

Property was clean, cozy and had all amenities as listed. Pool was perfect for my small family and I. Lots of towels provided, ice maker in house, all appliances in good condition. My 8 year old son loved the bunk bed in his assigned room. Gated community, peaceful, beautiful grounds and safe.

The kids enjoyed the pool a lot, we enjoyed our stay.

The property is nice, we stayed mainly for the private pool which my kids enjoyed the whole weekend. And overall was good.

Great property, location and support

Very nice property that is well-positioned on the island for fun things to do. Victor was extremely helpful with ideas and always so prompt in responding to questions (very impressed). Nice little extras like a cooler for the beach, chairs and towels. The on-site restaurant and fitness center makes it like a resort with the conveniences of a home. We will definitely return here on a future trip. Great experience!
