Enjoy this newly built modern 3 bedroom paradise with private yard, private pool and all the luxuries of home. Spoil yourself with the extras this home offers including indoor and outdoor kitchen, dining and lounging areas.

Our unit is situated in the upscale Malmok region on the northern part of the island. We are located in the beautiful, quiet and secure 5-star Gold Coast Villas gated community, across from the Tierra del Sol golf course. We're only a short drive (2-3 minutes) from the white powder sand beaches and warm crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. The Palm Beach district, with its countless restaurants, casinos and shops, is only a 5-minute drive away.

Aruba is truly 'one happy island'. If you're looking for a piece of paradise, you'll find it here!

The pool area was most enjoyable. We used the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed eating outside. We were happy to have use of the beach chairs and the beach umbrella and the coolers. Relaxing by the pool after hours on the beach was wonderful as was the outdoor shower for rinsing off.

I can't say enough good things about this property. Property manager waited for us while we were delayed at customs. She gave us a great tour of the house. Location was perfect on the north end of the island. Close to everything. Extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need. Kids loved having their own space with their own bathroom. 10 stars!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy modern comforts

Checkin process was smooth. Host met us at home and walked us through all of the amenities. Home was well stocked and every appliance you could think of was included. Very clean and quiet. Perfect place to gather with friends. Outdoor living space was fabulous as well. Looking forward to returning for an even longer stay.

We have stayed on this exact property before and enjoyed it so much we wanted to return and are fortunate enough to be able to align the dates to do just that. We absolutely love the property and location! The amenities are second to none.

I’m a travel snob and this place exceeded all of my expectations. I had friends over for my birthday brunch and we had all of the kitchen and entertaining accoutrements we desired. I just rebooked!!!

The perfect place to stay for a family!

Such a gorgeous home, full of all the amenities needed to make your island vacation a dream! Clean, comfortable home in a great gated complex. The pool was our kids favorite place to return to after a day of beach/exploring. Fountain and lights and landscaping are so pretty! We already miss our morning coffee poolside. The owners and property managers thought of everything! Petra was great to communicate with leading up to trip and while we were there. We will be back (hopefully soon!). Location is great- only a few minutes to Arashi and Palm Beach. In a very nice area. Felt safe and secure the entire time.

Absolutely Gorgeous!

This place is exactly as advertised. The amenities are modern, well kept and the kitchen is fully prepared for any food prep! The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, art work to lighting. All of which are very well planned and designed. This was suck a fantastic stay and seeing I've been on the island for more than 24 years and 36 trips in total, hands down, this place is amazing, plush, and floral gardens and manicured palms. Simply amazing.

Great property!

This three bedroom condo has it all! The kitchen is better equipped than my kitchen at home, although we ate out every night! Each bedroom has a beautiful bath. The outside space is glorious. There is an outdoor kitchen, a lovely pool, shaded space and an outdoor shower. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. Upon our arrival a rep from the property management team met us at the condo to show us how everything worked. It was top notch! We rented a car and investigated many different beaches. It was a very relaxing vacation!

Everything about this property is A++. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. The outdoor areas were the highlight for me. So beautiful and relaxing, I was reluctant to leave it every day. Communication with management was clear and very helpful. Jamie showed us around the home and had great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Stay here and you will be happy you did!!!

Great family home

A beautiful home inside and outside and full of amenities. Very comfortable bedrooms. Fantastic outdoor grilling station. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Worth more than 5 stars

This house was immaculate and absolutely gorgeous!!! It looks just like it is in photos only much much BETTER!!!!! We travel a lot, and I haven't stayed in a cleaner more beautiful place until now. We had some friends over for coffee and they were amazed. Definitely would love to come back! This house is a must if you are visiting Aruba. Thank you for making our dtay so comfortable and lovely.

Great place to stay and people to deal with!

First time in Aruba. House was perfect...great location and neighborhood. Close to most beaches and restaurants and activities. Nice place to come back to at end day...Oasis style back yard with pool and outdoor kitchen. Owners were great and property manager was great. Would absolutely stay here again if returning to Aruba.

Book This Location Right Now

I don't know where to begin. Everyone was so responsive before our trip. Jamie greeted us and was so nive. She gave a great overview of everything. This property is AMAZING! The pictures don't do it justice. There were three couples who stayed and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This house has EVERYTHING you need, from measuring cups to beach chairs. I was upset that I left my portable speaker at home. Wouldn't you know, there was one in the cabinet, over the TV! The level of detail put into ensuring a pleasant stay was very obvious. Cable TV was good for watching college and Sunday/Monday night games. For some of the other games, we drove over to Carlito's. For groceries, we shopped at CMart (near the airport) and Super Foods. You do need a car at this location, but everything was still very close. After all, it's not a big island. Thank you for a wonderful stay! When I return to Aruba, I'll definitely book this location again.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The house was just as described and pictured. It came with everything you could ever need for the house AND the beach (umbrellas, chairs, snorkel equipment, floaties, etc). The location is perfect for beaches, shopping etc., and there's a restaurant inside the complex- super convenient. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful House

My family and I really enjoyed this house. Everything that we needed was on site. House was very modern/stylish and clean. The private pool was a great bonus! Would highly recommend it.

A Beautiful Experience in a Beautiful Place

This home is one of the finest we have stayed at over the years. The attention to detail is amazing! The hosts and managers are attentive and detail oriented. We especially appreciated that the TV service was actually cable tv. So many places just expect you to use the Smart TV apps which has always been somewhat difficult. There were so many thoughtful details. Plenty of towels and beach supplies. We are so grateful to have had such a wonderful time! Aruba is definitely One Happy Island!

Just Perfect!

We had the best stay! Fantastic and convenient location, beautiful pull, everything you could possibly need is provided in the house. We've stayed at many rentals, and this one is at the top of the list! Highly recommend to everyone!

Outstanding again

You won’t find a better owner Sandra and property manager Petra. We have stayed here before and in the 30 yrs of coming to Aruba the last 6-7 have been in Sandra’s properties. Beautiful location and you couldnt ask for a better place to stay. Weather outstanding as usual. Our stay here made our vacation more enjoyable Everything you need is there Although this will be my last trip to Aruba I wouldn’t stay at no other locations but Sandra’s. A Home Away From Home

Everything about this property is amazing! From the close location to beautiful beaches and restaurants to it’s beautiful design and finishes. The pool area and outdoor kitchen were wonderful. It was so comfortable and relaxing. Petra was so kind and welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back to this house!!

Can’t wait to go back!!!

First, let me just say this- AMAZING!!! This is not our first visit to One Happy Island. We have always visited and stayed in high-rise hotels (from Marriott to Barcello to Hyatt). Nothing and I mean nothing, comes even close to the luxurious experience we had this time around as a family. Location: Fantastic! 2 min drive to Arashi beach and the Light House area. At night, 10 min drive to Hotels area. A bit further for a visit downtown. The Gold Coast Villas is a very nice and beautifully maintained area. Regarding construction… Yes, there is construction right next door to the house and across the street from the house. But! It never bothered us one bit. The construction guys are super vigilant and considerate. It was loud for all of 1-2 hrs one day out of a 7-day stay. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area and the noise was not bad at all. The House: OMG! Gorgeous! I cannot emphasize enough how absolutely stunning this house and property are! Not only it is beautiful and modern, but it is also very practical. It has everything you need. We have two boys and between hubs and I, it felt roomy and everyone had their own time for showers and bathrooms and space. If you travel with family, you know how you need “that space” and alone time away for a little. Ladies, you know what I mean. This house is spacious and luxurious in every way! Car rental: USE Joe’s care rental or call rental companies directly. We made that mistake by booking via Delta and for an SUV it cost us nearly $1300 for 7 days. The car is a must if you are staying in this location. There are two comfy spots right in front of the house. Kitchen and cooking at home/eating out: You can stock up at Super Foods located conveniently and not far from the house. The kitchen has all the necessities you need and your heart desires to make a nice meal. We had breakfas and some lunches/snacks at home and ate out for dinners. For coffee addicts like myself: Nespresso and regular ground coffee maker is in the kitchen. Pool: was our favorite hangout spot daily! The only thing I would add is if there is a possibility to have a pool fountain on and off instead of just on from 6 p-10 p at night, it would make it that much better. My little guy was like a puppy every night awaiting for it to come on :) But overall, pool is amazing! SPECIAL THANK YOU to Petra! She was so Welcoming from the minute we met. We would definitely re-book the property! Don’t think twice. Book it. We will! 😄
