We stayed for xmas 2025. 4 nights. House was beautifully clean on arrival. Great location short walk to beach access. Traffic was noisey thats probably the only negative comment. Cars zoomed up and down the street so be mindful if u have young kids playing out the front.
This was perfect for our family and our Dog who is midsize. It was very clean which is always my big concern and I was very happy with house and linen. The property manager was probably the best I have experienced in allmu bookings. Very professional and contacted with all information before I had any need to make contact. This was very reassuring. We have already booked again.
A lovely property for a family holiday especially with young children or a dog as the backyard is fenced. Excellent location in terms of proximity to a quiet beach and shopping. The upstairs bedroom was a little noisy early morning as boats head to the boat ramp. The living area was very comfortable and well-stocked.
We enjoyed the proximity to the beach & town of Dunsborough as both were within walking distance. The house was clean & tidy. We visited outside of school holiday time to avoid the peak tourist rush & traffic.Unfortunately, there were several issues for us. The property is located on a corner block of two roads with one of the roads being extremely busy from approximately 5.30am to 8pm. The traffic noise was incessant & unbearable to the point that we could not comfortably use the balcony or the outdoor living area. In the evenings, we needed to close the doors & windows to hear the TV. The house does have double glazing on the busy side which works well if all windows & doors are closed but does mean the house is hot & stuffy. The property was clean and well equipped with crockery, cutlery, platters etc albeit a bit on the worn & well used side. The linen was below average with the bathroom towels being worn & thin. Some towels even had holes in them. The sheets were standard white motel quality with the bottom sheet on the beds being a flat sheet tucked in not a fitted sheet. Note that there is a airconditioner in the master bedroom which was handly as we couldn't open the windows due to the traffic noise. There is also an airconditioner in the living area but not the other bedrooms. Pedestal fans are provided.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the home’s proximity to the beach and the town of Dunsborough, and that you found the property clean, tidy and well equipped for your stay.
We’re sorry to hear that the traffic noise impacted your experience. The street you refer to is within a 50 km/h residential zone. Being located so close to the beach and town, the road can see regular use from locals and visitors heading to and from the foreshore, particularly during the day. We would also note that this has not previously been raised as having such an impact on other guests’ stays.
Thank you as well for your comments regarding the linen and towels. We use a reputable commercial linen supplier for our properties and, while we have not previously received concerns about the quality, we will certainly keep a close eye on this with our housekeeping team to ensure everything continues to meet the standards expected. In future please let a host know at the time of an issue as we would have happily brought replacement towels.
With regard to the bedding, the use of flat bottom sheets that are securely tucked is now standard practice across much of the holiday accommodation industry as part of professional linen services. All amenities, including air conditioning and fans, are also clearly outlined in the property description, and the home is priced to reflect the features and facilities it offers.
It was a lovely and comfortable house. It had everything that you could need for a holiday. Close to the beach and not far from the town centre. A very busy road but not a big problem for sleeping. Close to lots of things to do in the surrounding area. Overall a great stay.

We liked the house but...
First the positives. The house was roomy and nicely furnished. Beds were comfy. Lovely crisp sheets and clean towels. Our first impression was good.
However, one of our party slipped on the floor on the dining room side of the kitchen bench. The floor was very greasy. It looked like a grease spill had not been properly cleaned. My cousin got on his hands and knees and cleaned it (there was no mop)! It appeared that the kitchen floor had not been washed prior to our stay. The pans were filthy with burnt on food! We had to scrub one with salt before we could use it. There are no scourers. I took photos of the pans and contacted the property managers with our concerns. They sent a terse reply. I got the feeling they weren't interested in my concerns which is disappointing. Given that there are numorous house rules for guests to leave the property and utensils clean and tidy it is disappointing that cleanliness standards in the house were somewhat lacking in some areas. Especially these days when thorough cleaning is vital.
However we did enjoy our stay in the property.
Great house, we’ll equipped. Bed downstairs needs replacing
We had a lovely stay at Marshall Street.
The only feedback I’d give is that the downstairs queen bed desperately needs replacing. It’s broken, being held together with wire on one side and the legs are bowing. It’s really uncomfortable.
My husband slept in that bed and I slept in the other single bed downstairs.
It wasn’t ideal but with a small child, we couldn’t sleep upstairs and leave her on another level by herself.
This house would be perfect if that bed were replaced.
A great house clean with everything you could need for your stay. I would recommend though that the microwave was changed, some of the inside is chipped away. The inclosed garden was great for the dogs to run around ,knowing they would be safe and not get out.
Really close to the beach all around a great property and I would recommend to friends.

Great location but lots of traffic noise and not clean
This is an excellent location. Almost across the road from Quindalup beach and 30 min walk to town. It is on an intersection of two busy roads and the traffic noise was almost constant day and night even with the windows shut. The house was absolutely unclean. From mouldy shower, fridge and microwave to stains on linen, towels and cushions to food left on bowls and cooking utensils. The property management did reimburse our cleaning fee for this, however given COVID we would have much preferred a clean house.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & wish it could hav been longer. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you’d need. The house is very spacious & well maintained. There is a nice yard area which is fully enclosed (which our pooches loved having a sniff around). Property is walking distance to the beach which is also dog friendly. Found the bedding to be comfortable. Would definitely come back!
We stayed for three nights with family and two dogs. The house is perfect for the dogs with the dog beach just across the road. Town is just a short walk away as well. The house was well stocked and quickly felt like home.
A beautiful coastal house that was perfect for our family. The kids loved the house and the fact that we could bring our family pet with us made all the difference. Thanks for sharing your place with us.
A lovely property. Good location in close proximity to everything. While the house is modern and well set up, it lacks internet connection and so this addition would be useful.
