This newly listed modern accommodation option in beautiful Dunsborough Lakes is right next to the Dunsborough Lakes golf course. Plus just ten minutes walk to the beach. It has it all!
Enjoy a quick tea or coffee while you unpack and think about your shop for supplies. Relax for a bit on the front verandah which beckons on those hot summer evenings and for breakfast in the sunshine. There is a barbeque for a quick cook up. A small kitchen includes a fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster sandwich press, coffee machine and twin air-fryer. So many eating out options in Dunsborough and Yallingup! Only 300 metres walk to the Lakes Tavern where you can get a great meal and walk home afterwards.
This large modern studio boasts two queen size bedrooms. The property has beds to sleep 4 guests only-

The bathroom has waterfall and hand-held shower heads and a separate bathtub. The toilet is separate for complete privacy.
You`ll find a comfortable leather lounge for relaxing in front of the large television. Or enjoy a good book or playing one of the games at the bar table after dinner.
Pet Friendly! One small non- allergenic dog only. City of Busselton local laws apply. $20 per night fee added after booking. Please arrange in advance.
Parking for one car only.
Check out is before 10am. After 3.00pm check in unless otherwise arranged. We will do our best to accommodate your requests if we can.
An 8 kg washer, 4.5kg dryer and clothes airer are available for you to do your laundry.
Naturopath lives in the rear residence, therefore naturopath consultations available. Also hot stone massage available. Massage and Naturopath bookings reccommended.
Dunsborough offers so many things to do including playing golf, trips to the beach, lunches at the wineries, mountain bike riding, trekking and much much more. Lots of brochures are available in the house to help you decide what you would like to do each day.

The front of the house is completely private for guests. The owner lives onsite at the back of the house. She uses a separate entrance and you`ll only see her if she happens to be leaving the house at the same time as you, or if you book an appointment with her (as above).

By arriving, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
A copy of your driver`s license is required for ID verification before access is granted.
Names of all guests must be submitted to comply with Busselton City Council regulations (Holiday Homes Local Law 2012).
Bookings must be made in the name of the staying traveler—third-party bookings are not allowed. Guest numbers must not exceed the reservation limit.
One hypoallergenic, non-shedding dog may stay with prior arrangement. It must be flea-treated and bathed before arrival and sleep on its own bed.
Turn off the air conditioning when leaving.
Guests are responsible for any damage, A pre-authorisation hold is taken on the payment card and released after the cleaning inspection has taken place, all being good.
A $200 charge will apply if keys are not returned, covering lock replacement.
Oil leaks from cars must be prevented with a protective mat to avoid extra cleaning charges.
Please report any existing damage with photos within ten minutes of arrival.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.
Parking is limited to two cars.
Clean the BBQ before use and leave it clean after. A $40 charge applies if left dirty.
Food should only be consumed in living and patio areas. Extra cleaning fees apply if food particles are found in bedrooms.
No smoking, candles, or excessive noise. Disturbance to neighbors may lead to rental termination.
The owners are not responsible for personal property. Lost items can be returned for a fee.
The property may occasionally be visited by insects or wildlife.
Guests with allergies should be aware of pollen from local trees and grasses, especially in November.
A $200 fee applies for date changes within two weeks of arrival (refundable if original dates are re-booked).
Departure: Leave the property in a similar condition to arrival.
Empty bins (no fish or bait).
Pile used towels on the bathroom floor; cleaners will strip beds.
Check-out is by 10 am.
Lock doors and windows, turn off BBQ gas.
Any variations to these conditions require written approval from the owner.
