Un moderno apartamento de eficiencia en una excelente ubicación en el South Congress. Ubicado a 4 cuadras de las excelentes tiendas y restaurantes en South Congress y a una cuadra de Stacy Park (piscina pública, canchas de tenis, senderos, etc.).

Pisos de madera y azulejos en todo; una habitación; un baño con ducha a ras de suelo; cocina combinada / comedor / sala de estar; lavadora secadora; escritorio. Cubierta de madera con juego de bistro; Patio privado con mesa de picnic y parrilla. El patio está cercado para mascotas. Dos bicicletas están provistas de cascos y cerraduras. Impresora inalámbrica e internet de alta velocidad Google Fiber 1000.

NOTA SOBRE EL REGISTRO: El horario normal de registro es a las 4 pm, sin embargo, según la disponibilidad, podemos ser flexibles con las llegadas anticipadas, contáctenos antes de su llegada para confirmar la disponibilidad. Well located & appointed

Everything you want in a rental - clean, quiet, quality amenities and furnishings, well-stocked, very responsive host, clear instructions, small patio, fabulous location! Do note that this above garage apartment slopes severely and if 5'7" and taller, really requires cocking your head when walking from bedroom to living area. Likewise for those 5'3" or taller, when using the wall length bedroom dresser, living room cabinets and right side of kitchen counter/cabinets. We're not tall at 5'3"and 5'8", yet we often hit our heads and kinked our necks. Otherwise, a thoroughly wonderful stay.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway and brought our dog along. It had everything we needed for our time there. We loved that we had a king bed and fenced in yard for our pup. The location was ideal and we walked almost everywhere we needed to around South Congress and downtown Austin. The communication and instructions from our host were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Really Impressive

Rental was a real bargain. Location is exceptional: near eateries, shopping, downtown just a hop away. Parking was always available. Owner couldn't be more amenable: immediately available in an emergency (we had one), otherwise invisible. Unit appears to be newly, thoughtfully renovated and appropriate for extended stays. Nice, very well stocked kitchen. TVs in both spaces, if you need it. Be aware that there is one (easy) flight of stairs to this second floor apartment. We'll be back.

This is in SoCo area, only about 3 blocks from the main street - easy walking to restaurants, shops & longer doable (45 min) walk to Congress bridge & downtown Austin. The suite is ideal, Susan thought of everything! We'll be back...

Perfect location and rental

We rented this place to attend a wedding at the South Congress Hotel. We were able to walk to South Congress down to 2nd Street. We had easy walking access to shopping, restaurants and the grocery store. The apartment had a great little deck that was perfect for sitting outside and drinking wine. My teenager used the sofa bed and slept great. The apartment was the perfect size for us and had all the extras to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances and tools to cook great meals and the bedroom was very comfortable. There are wooden stairs leading to the door that were easy to climb. Overall I would highly recommend renting this listing and enjoying a quiet neighborhood close to a fun area of Austin

Easy, straight forward rental and check-in. Great area with short walk to S. Congress and cheap ride shares to the other DT areas. Complete privacy almost made this spot a great deal.

Third time and still charming.

We love this well equipped and clean apartment! It is within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Susan is quick to respond to questions and requests. We highly recommend this Austin gem.

Repeat reservers

This is our second stay in this apartment and we have already booked another stay because we like it so much. Susan is a great host - she responds quickly to questions and takes care of any small issues immediately. The apartment is well equipped and maintained, as well as clean There is a pleasant small deck for eating. While it is close to S Congress the neighborhood is quiet and comfortable.

Well appointed SOCO Apartment

Surprisingly spacious and well equipped, this apartment would be perfect for both short and long stays. It is clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the private back deck and appreciated the convenience of the washer and dryer. Located in a quiet neighborhood it is within walking distance of many great Austin attractions. We would definitely book it again.

Great Location/Everything We Needed

This spot is in walking distance of many favorite things on South Congress. We even walked all the way to the capitol, and easily biked to the trail around Lady Bird lake. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed. It had coffee, full-sized fridge with ice, washer/dryer, and excellent shower products/hair dryer. It had a nice little place to sit outside and was quiet for sleeping at night. It was also very clean. Highly recommend.

Convenient Location

Nice little apartment within walking distance to South Congress. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need. We stayed a week, so we needed that. Only complaint would be that the ceilings slope sharply on each side and I hit my head a few times. All in all, great place. I would have given it 4.5 stars

Convenient and efficient

We stayed here during a visit over Thanksgiving with our daughter who lives a block away. Susan is a terrific, efficient host and all the arrangements worked exactly as described. The property was perfect for our needs and as described. This is a delightful and convenient place to stay while you visit Austin

Lovely upstairs Apt in Travis Heights

We loved this apartment. It is in beautiful Travis Heights where you can walk everywhere to restaurants and entertainment on S. Congress and close to downtown. Apt was equipped with everything you need including bikes! Bed is really comfy and it was spotless. A real gem. Cannot wait to return to this lovely apt in such a perfect location. Highly recommend.

Great apartment

This apartment is very clean, well stocked with extra linens and all sorts of usable items, and in a great location. The owner communicated everything we needed to know quickly. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location! South Congress / Travis Heights. We are close enough to walk, yet far enough that parking isn't a problem due to the heavy traffic visiting South Congress Avenue. Historic neighborhood with a great vibe.
