Beautiful 2 Bed South Lamar Oasis!

Hermoso interior contemporáneo en esta increíble minutos ubicación Unidad de Soco, el centro, ACL, y el SXSW. A pie de SoLa Eateries café o las barras! 2 cama grande camas de matrimonio y sofá-cama doble, puede alojar cómodamente hasta 5. Gran WiFi, TV por cable y 2 estacionamiento reservados.

Entra en una cómoda sala de estar increíble decorado con un estilo contemporáneo relajante que cuenta con dos sillones y un televisor de 50 pulgadas de la pared montada. El piso de planta es un gran aprovechamiento del espacio y es ideal para socializar o ver la televisión. Uno de los sofás se pliega en un sofá cama doble de tamaño para dormir adicional, y el otro sofá es una forma de L perfecta para cuando se desea establecer y ver la televisión!

Al entrar en la cocina, disfrutar de la luz natural de la ventana y todas las comodidades de una cocina pequeña pero completamente funcional. Le encantará hacer el café y el desayuno y comer en la mesa de comedor!

Los dos dormitorios están separados por un pasillo y las camas tamaño queen cuarto de baño y cuentan con cabeceras de diseño y la hoja de lujo y conjuntos de almohada. Dormir en la comodidad y si te gusta leer hay grandes mesas de noche con lámparas en las dos habitaciones. Las dos habitaciones también disponen de buenos espejos para conseguir listo, armarios para el almacenamiento, armarios de puertas correderas y con espacio para colgar la ropa y / o sus maletas.

El baño está muy bien terminado con pisos de baldosas, encimeras de azulejos tocador de granito y tiene una ducha de tamaño completo bañera combinado. Las luces de la vanidad sobre el fregadero son perfectos para arreglarse y son realmente brillante.

Perfect location

This condo is close to everything we wanted to do - we could not have had a better location! We had plenty of space and the owner is very responsive. The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved exploring Austin!

Almost the perfect stay!

I am giving this rental an overall 3.5/5. We rented this place for 5 days (Monday-Saturday) to be a home base to see Austin, and the surrounding cities for our family vacation. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the cleanliness and pleasant smell of the apartment. We could definitely tell it was taken care of and had all the stuff we needed to fix meals, do laundry, relax and find rejuvenation for the week. The AC and fans were on creating a very cool and welcoming environment to get out of the Texas heat. The next morning we traveled to San Antonio and before we left, I made sure to turn off all the lights/fans and made sure the door was locked. That evening when we returned to the apartment, we found the lights and fans on in the apartment. This really concerned and scared us. I messaged the owner to see if they were by chance in the apartment or if someone else had gotten in somehow. Needless to say, it took Tobin almost 24hrs before getting back with us, letting us know that he had entered the apartment to do some maintenance work (thinking the unit was vacant) and that upon seeing our stuff he left. Now, nothing appeared to be missing and Tobin was apologetic about the incident and I do believe it was an accident. HOWEVER, it still invaded our privacy, interrupted our vacation and made us nervous and scared (until we heard back from him), that someone might enter the apartment again while we were either there or gone the next day. Therefore, First off, I would highly recommend to Tobin that in the future he gets a better messaging system where those people in his units can get a hold of him (for issues such as this) with a more timely response from him. Secondly, if you do need to enter the unit, please leave a note for the people renting the unit, so they don’t freak out (like we did) when they realize someone has been in the unit. Thirdly, maybe check your booking records to make sure the unit is indeed empty before interrupting someone’s vacation and privacy. Otherwise, the rest of our stay was indeed pleasant and enjoyable without any other issues. The rules, price and location were very straight forward, reasonable and close to markets and good restaurants (we really appreciated the recommendations in the binder). Overall, I would recommend this VRBO and hope that my suggestions help Tobin in making this a great and safe experience for many more vacationers/travelers in the future.

CONVENIENT TO FANTASTIC FEST

We selected this property due to its proximity to the Alamo Drafthouse. There was plenty of options for restaurants in the neighborhood too. The unit was clean, comfortable and convenient.

I’ve rented many a vacation rental and this unit delivered on all fronts. Great location, very comfortable and clean, it had everything we needed and then some, quiet complex, and we couldn’t ask for more. Will rent again when in Austin.

Fantastic Stay

The place was clean, spacious, cool and peaceful. It's a great location with close proximity to great barbecue, restaurants and coffee shops. The bedrooms are spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Easy to find /Quiet neighborhood

We came in for my daughter’s UT graduation, and this place nicely accommodated my husband and myself, along with my elderly mother, and my other daughter. Great location but away from the hustle and bustle!!!!

We cancelled day of arrival

We had to cancel at arrival due to the place not being cleaned. Communication was poor with owner and ended up getting a hotel. Very inconvenient. Owner did refund money promptly.

Evacuating from Hurricane

We stayed here for 3 nights, evacuating from Louisiana from Hurricane Ida. We asked for early check in as we were coming in early morning from driving through the night, he was able to accommodate our early check in which def was a plus since we had a 4 or 6 year old with us. The room was just as described. Location was perfect and close to a lot of things. Over all a good experience!

Wonderful Quiet Neighborhood

Had a great time in this quaint two bedroom condo. The place was clean and we had a comfortable sleep in both gueen beds. You do have to walk up a couple of stairs, but it was OK. I do have problems with my knees but did fine.

Great Spot, Private and Clean

The apartment is a little secluded from the others, which is nice. The place was clean and comfortable + out of the Texas heat. It’s in a good location with a parking lot that feels decently private. The little PlayStation was a great addition. No complaints.

Beautifully decorated, modern 2 bed apartment

The property was situated in the South Lomax area of Austin with really cool bars, restaurants and shops within short driving distance. Very cool 60's inspired decor. It was big enough to accommodate 4 adults with sleeping room on a sofa bed for 2 more. With just 4 of us it felt just right.

Good location. Love the simple yet elegant decoration of this place. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Suggestion: one of the bedroom's door needs to get fixed since it was really hard to close up completely.
