No surprises…. Home, location etc. was as expected. Have rented in the immediate area a number of times previously, so knew what to expect.North Naples area is undergoing a transformation. Older homes are being replaced as they become available. Still a great value in the fall of the year.

Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Mit dem Vermieter war der Kontakt immer sehr gut und man hat auch schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Die Sonnenschirme waren sehr gut für den Strand. Am Vanderbuilt Beach, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, sind die Parkgebühren 10 Dollar für den Tag. Es empfiehlt sich am frühen Morgen dorthin zu gehen, ab 12 Uhr wurde es in der Sonne zu heiß.

Our Tu 7/8-M 7/14 stay was wonderful! My husband and I and our two adult children loved our visit! We received very clear instructions and details about the house in advance of our stay. The house was super clean upon arrival and the beds were very comfortable. The full kitchen was perfect for our family as was the spacious living room where we enjoyed playing card games most evenings. The in-unit washing machine/dryer were very convenient. The garage and the bikes/beach stuff and State Park pass were appreciated. The highlight was the pool and hot tub - the lanai was great for keeping bugs out and we had fun watching the lizards (outside of the screen)! Location was great - very easy to get everywhere we were going. Thank you!

First I must say that a host of Vrbo, which is international and has gests from every part of the world, his manner and way I was threatened to cancel my reservation because initially he did not understand what I was asking, is NOT OK. To give me 1o minutes to answer an email, which by chance I was at the computer and able to answer, if not my resevation would be cancelled without refund, is totally NOT OK.He did however, when the issue of my questions was cleared out, become nice and no problem.IN any case he cannot theaten the guest that way.The house was fine, and had all the amenities that were stated. Again his manner of threats in the check out instructions is not good. One feels threatened, that if by mistake one gets something wrong, then all hell will break loose.The house has some very old parts, that for anyone who has owned a property is evident that there is no moantenance. The main window to the pool did not open, it was very hard to open, so people had to transit through the main bedroom.Cleanliness not up to standard, there were dirty pans, which I sent a picture, no one came to clean, or nothing, it just stayed as found.The main shower, had mold all over, and on arrival ( next day actually) we found it dirty. Had to brush it up to get in, still the mold and fungus in the doors and walls is just lack of cleanliness.Personally, thou I liked the house and location, I will never stay here again, and would not recommend to anyone. Not good Host.

This home is well maintained in a nice neighborhood and close to the beach, 3 min drive or short bike ride. It is as good as advertised. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was as advertised. Scott is a great host and responded immediately with any small issues. House is very nice. Great appliances. Wonderful location. We come to Naples every February and this time was the best.

Upgrades

2nd time here. Mattresses and pillows are in need of being replaced. Could use some beach towels to go along with the chairs & coolers. Kitchen needs glasses, pans. It’s a struggle to cook here. Scott is very helpful when we call or text about anything.

Beautiful home! Great communication with host! Wonderful to have bicycles and beach chairs/umbrella. We found Lowdermilk beach and love it. It had parking, restrooms and a food and drink restaurant.

April Forever

This is a great family property. Fun for my entire family. (from 2 to 77) The only disappointment was that the grill was rusted out so we did not use it but no big deal. We would rent the house again.

We were entirely pleased with this home away from home! The comfort and spaciousness was perfect for our family! The pool and hot tub were well used! The location was GREAT! Beds were exceptionally comfortable! Highly recommend this property!

Lovely very comfortable house

The house is much larger than we realised from the online images, which was a nice surprise and very well equipped. Lovely comfortable beds and sofas! Lots of wardrobe and hanging space which is a dream versus the UK! Good quality equipment in the kitchen and outside grill is an added bonus. Inside and outside are very clean and well-maintained. Not a huge amount of space for sunbathing, but the beach is very close by and the pool and hot tub are very nice. Large outdoor dining table at the back, in a very private enclosed garden. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and well located to access all that Naples has to offer in the surrounding area. We did have a couple of issues but the owner was very quick to respond, with good communication and did his utmost to resolve. Lovely holiday home.
