Rich was fantastic with responding to questions and concerns prior to our stay, providing responses within a few hours. Also provided follow up on amenities such as if we wanted the pool heated to ensure he had it ready for us. The house was clean and ready for us, and was a good location to various attractions in Naples. Check out was easy and simple. Overall a great stay!

Casa Chill Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Chill. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The outside tiki was a nice shelter while the rain storms passed through. We spent a lot of time on the lanai and having a fan out there was a huge plus in the summer heat. Rich was great host and easily accessible. Thanks again for a relaxing stay at Casa Chill.

Casa Chill

The house is charming and the pool with the tiki bar and TV are relaxing and just plain fun. It's a 10 minute walk to Celebration Park and a 10 minute drive to the international Pickleball hub. The owner, Rich is easy to contact and very responsive.

Sports Tournament

Stayed here with another family for a sports tournament and the house was great. The location was central and the access to the food trucks down the street was perfect. We met the sports team down at the park a few times and it was a perfect place for the kids to get some space while letting the parents blow off steam. We had a few items to work out with the owner while staying there. He was responsive, attentive and worked hard to remedy our concerns. Above all, he was fair and a great owner to work with.

Holidays in Naples 2024

The property was very clean, safe and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very close to downtown, just a few minutes drive. We took the short walk (2-3 minutes) to Celebration Park several times for lunch and some music at night. Any time that we needed the host, he answered our call and accommodated us in a hurry. Would highly recommend!! :)

Fabulous stay

Quiet neighborhood. House was so cheerfully decorated and relaxing. We loved the property. The kids enjoyed the pool every day. They had so much fun while we were relaxing, after our adventures for the day. An abundance of things to do in close proximity. Highly recommend Fernweh Ice Cream and Los Molcajetes both super close with great food and friendly service. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Highly Recommend casa Chill!

We had a great stay at Casa Chill! Everything was clean and the home was stocked with all of our needs. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Rich was very attentive and responsive. He and his wife even trudged through the water to drop off sand bags and make sure everything was okay. Such kind people! We loved the Everglades Air Boat Tour with Captain Mitch and if you’re looking for a nice meal, we also enjoyed Rebecca’s just up the street. Highly recommend!

Summer vacay

We are from Miami and come over to the west coast every July.. We found Rich’s property on VRBO.. and couldn’t have been happier.. the property was very clean, well equipped and very centrally located.. we can’t wait to come back next year

The house was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Close enough to stores and restaurants but far enough away that you could enjoy being outside with minimal noise. I hope we can make it back some day.

We love it at Casa Chill

We checked in on a Friday. The house looks just like the pictures. They have everything you need for the beach, towels included. The pool is clean and refreshing. It is in a great location. It’s within walking distance to a Food Truck park and some shopping. We will definitely stay here again. Anytime I needed to talk to the host he got right back to me.

Love this place!!

Best rental by far! House was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean & had all the essentials you could need. Pool was clean & refreshing for the hot weather. House was located just minutes from pretty much everything. Naples Pier & beach was just a 7 minute drive away. There is a cute park right at the corner on the canal that had food trucks, a bar & live entertainment. Plenty of places to get groceries or other items. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy house in the greate location

The house was very clean and even a bouquet of fresh flowers welcomed us on arrival. There is everything you need for cooking and chilling on the beach. The pool area with a bar counter and TV is the beast of this house. I recommend.

Casa Chill

We have stayed at Casa Chill several times and always come back. Rich is a great owner. He is always available when needed but never comes around without an invitation. Celebration Park, Pickleball, food stores, drug stores and various destinations are nearby. The pool is wonderful.

Loved Casa Chill

We loved our month in Naples at Casa Chill - it is a great vacation home away from home in a super location in Naples. The heated pool was so amazing! We loved the area and especially that we could walk to Celebration Park and Market 360. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was so clean and well organized. Rich was very responsive to our questions as well.

Clean, comfortable, and great location!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pool area is perfect to lounge and watch football while wading in the pool. It was great for our toddler since it was one story and had a fenced yard. Super family friendly, quiet neighborhood. We walked to the food trucks numerous times as well as the organic coffee shop. We will definitely rent this home again!

Perfect home away from home

House was clean and tidy. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Lovely pool with screened enclosure. Neighborhood is good right around house and celebration park with it’s food trucks is a short walk from the house. . A little far from the beach but for our family it was fine but if you are planning to be at the beach frequently it might be a tad far. Rich was easy to communicate with which made the experience of our first VRBO vacation even better!!

IMPORTANT...PLEASE READ:
Although offering a fantastic outdoor area with pool and Tiki Bar, please DO NOT select this property as a party house. This home sits in a quiet residential setting with family homes to the right and left. Guests outside your registered party, loud music, use inappropriate language, or boisterous behavior which disturbs the neighbors will not be tolerated.

In respect of neighbors, the pool/lanai area is to be vacated by 10pm nightly. Casa Chill is registered as a Public Lodging Establishment Operator licensed with Florida's Division of Hotels and Restaurants.

FYI: Casa Chill has a small studio apartment above the house accessible by it's own private entry, independent of and affording full privacy to Casa Chill. ALL property grounds including pool and lanai are for the exclusive use of you, the Casa Chill guest.

Pets: Pets are considered by advanced approval only. Please include the age, breed, and weight of your pet along with your reservation request. Please know that I am a pet owner and lover, but all pets must be evaluated in consideration of impact to the home and disruption to neighbors. If approved, there is a $250 additional pet fee for the stay.

Pool Heat: Given our guests varying dates of stay and personal preferences, pool heat is NOT INCLUDED in your standard guest rate. If you plan on using the pool, we typically suggest heating the pool from October to May. Optional charge for heating the pool is $150 (plus taxes) for each 1-14 day stay.
