Caidans Cottage Kalbarri

Caidans Cottage is a three bedroom one bathroom brick and tin roof cottage at the top end of a quiet cul-de-sac situated near Blue Holes Beach. This is a non-smoking home.

The house is clean on arrival with all linen, bedding and bath towels provided, all professionally cleaned through a laundry service.

The cottage is equipped with everything you need, fully self-contained with modern appliances and a large top loader washing machine. There is a large family sized Fridge / Freezer with a second small fridge / freezer that can be used for extra food / drinks or for bait. A hooded BBQ is also provided for cooking outside as well as a swing set and some basic toys and games for the young ones.

Reticulated lawns, garden areas, and ample room for a boat or trailer and undercover parking for two cars. Complimentary tea and coffee are also provided for your arrival.

Only a short walk to the Blue Holes beach where you can swim and snorkel in the pools at low tide, or of an evening open the bedroom windows and you can sleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach nearby. Only 15 – 20min walking distance (approx. for normal fit person) to the town centre, tavern, shops, cafe's, restaurants and the calm waters of Chinaman's beach where children can swim or jump off the jetty in safety. The boat ramp and jetty is only a 5 min drive away.

Our two main bedrooms each have a Queen Size bed and the third room has two sets of bunk beds. Comfortably furnished with ceiling fans to the master bedrooms, pedestal fans to the third room, and a large reverse cycle air conditioner / heater to the main room.

There is a small lock up shed that you can use that also has some crab nets to try your luck in the river.

Please note: Property clean on arrival but is NOT serviced during your stay. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, etc. are NOT provided. There is an IGA supermarket in town. Linen and bath towel provided (Bring own beach towels for outdoor activities)
