Canal Frontage with Private Jetty

Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to enhance the warmth, charm and character of this beautifully positioned two-storey waterfront holiday home.

This spacious property features four bedrooms: the main bedroom upstairs offers a king-size bed and air conditioning, the second and third bedrooms both include queen beds, and the fourth bedroom downstairs is fitted with a double/single tri-bunk. There are two bathrooms with two separate toilets, ceiling fans throughout and a well-equipped kitchen complete with quality appliances and a dishwasher. The open-plan lounge and dining area capture stunning canal views, while the downstairs games room provides the perfect space for family fun.

Enjoy the in-ground saltwater pool and the large outdoor entertaining area which is ideal for summer BBQs as you watch dolphins glide through the canal. A laundry with washing machine and dryer is available, along with a highchair for guest use. Free Wi-Fi is also included.

Parking is easy with a single garage plus ample driveway space. Boats can be launched at McInherney Park boat ramp and driven straight around to your private jetty for convenient mooring.

This holiday house is just a short drive to the Town Centre & Settlement City shopping centre, Hibbard Sports Club, restaurants, cafes, beaches and sporting facilities & just a short walk to Settlers Inn Hotel. It is also just cross the road from Port Macquarie Indoor Stadium which offer's fitness classes & daily activity programs.

Local attractions include beach, surfing, camel rides, horse riding, fishing, golf, The Glasshouse, Koala Hospital, movies, Sea Acres Reserve, whale watching, river cruises, jet boating, sea plane, sky diving, wineries, breweries, macadamia farm, Ricardo's tomatoes and strawberry picking, restaurants, cafes, bars, country drives, waterfalls, bush walking, bowling, day spas.......

Family holiday

We had a lovely holiday here. Kids really enjoyed the games, books and swimming pool. View was amazing, place was very clean and tidy.

Perfect holiday house for two families

We had the best time. Kids caught a fish from the jetty, swam in the pool, played on the pool table and footy in the backyard. centrally located, and lots of lovely personal touches in the house that made our stay so easy and relaxing. Stayed for a week and could have stayed for longer!

Great house loved it

We had a great time at this house the view is fantastic,the house is perfect with 4 bedrooms and the kids loved the pool,it’s close to the shops,had to block our toddler from getting to the stairs a baby gate would of been good but will definitely be back

Family holiday

Lovely house with good amenities,the pool definitely got a workout. Suitable for all ages,only thing that could be improved would be air-cons in all bedrooms as it was very hot and humid in those bedrooms. Otherwise check in/out was easy,location good in a quiet street.

Comfy home

This was our first tiime renting a holiday house. The house was very homely and comfortable. We have family in Port Macquarie and stay often although this was the first time we needed accomodation. There was food left in the cupboards and fridge, assuming from previous renters which we didn't use, and have left where it was when we left, it seemed a bit weird. We had one issue with plumbing but the response from the real estate was amazing. The house was clean for the most part, but needs a good scrub, but i am fussy with my home and my daughter is a cleaner so we found a few things they we would clean better, plus cobwebs. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful place, thank you for letting us share the home.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At check in on Wednesday the receptionist told me that we wouldn’t be able to use the pool until after the pool cleaner had been the following day which I said was fine I would deal with the almost 2 year old which I had bribed the whole trip, only to be informed from the pool company that we cannot use the pool until Saturday after they come to clean it out. Thumbs up to the pool company and thumbs down to owners for charging a higher rate for a property where we can’t use what we paid extra money for

Great waterfront property

Everything was great, very clean and very well stocked pantry and their were welcome gifts. There was a bottle of bubbly, but this had no fizz and was not drinkable, but the wine and chocolates were consumed. The after dinner mints were a hit with family members who came round for dinner. A couple of minor points of feedback below, but everything was great and I would definitely return. Unfortunately we had to visit port for a funeral, but the house was spacious and had everything we needed and fishing at night was good. No crabs, a nice whiting and lots of good bream. Diana the agent at Wiseberry’s was lovely and very accommodating. The owner allowed us to stay with our pet cavoodle as we had no other options - we would not put her into kennels. We are extremely grateful for allowing this. Bbq area is nice - could do with a light above the bbq - especially for winter as it gets dark early, but a hanging led light did what we needed. No internet - which is my own fault for not checking, but ran off phone - not ideal and adds a fair bit to the cost when you have 1 person having to work remotely and an 18 & 20yo . One suggestion would be to have some PowerPoints in the downstairs bedroom.. I taped an extension cord from laundry to the room floor which is not ideal but it worked fine. I would recommend this house.

Reviewer Comments: The stay was excellent as usual, access to the canals is brilliant, and the house was very well presented, with improvements to the beds and furnishings since our last stay which was great !Ideas for possible improvement,* Access to side gate for retrieval of boat.* WIFI is now usually included as standard in holiday rentals - paying upwards of 2K a week for a property, in our view WIFI should be included.IssuesThere was a minor black ant invasion that happened on day 3 perhaps due to the rain, they were coming in at the corner of the kitchen and the loungeroom, perhaps through the floor above the far garage which doesn't have rental access, but they may have been coming up through there or it's northern wall above the kitchen. After spraying and when the sun came out on Wed they stopped tracking in.

The house was amazing with plenty of room and immaculate throughout. The added bonus of a gift box was generous. The house was centrally located and being walking distance to Settlers Inn was very convenient. The staff at the real estate were more than helpful and we will definitely be stopping there again. Only one suggestion would be to clean out the washing machine. The mould from the door remaining closed.

Great stay

Stayed with a group of 6 friends, plenty of room for all of us. House very clean & made welcome with a gift pack from the owner. Very comfy beds & beautiful view (yes we did see dolphins)! Would definitely stay again.

A great property to spend our week away in Port Macquarie. Centrally located to great food and shopping precinct. Short drive to beaches and other local attractions. Property well equipped to have x2 families stay... the kids loved the swimming pool and pool table & the big boys loved being able to moor their boat out on the canal with super easy access from the property. Kids loved also throwing a line off the jetty with a few close catches! Beds comfortable and property super clean. Will definitely recommend.
