Full kitchen with fridge, microwave and full oven - all kitchenware provided. Tea & coffee, milk & sugar, salt and pepper - all cleaning products. Separate (small) dining area. Spotlessly clean bathroom with separate toilet.
Shampoo and conditioner, hand and bath soap. Generous supply of bath towels and bathmats, face washers and hand towels.
Comfortable lounge room with reverse cycle air con. Laundry with auto washing machine. Clothes dryer and outside clothes line. Shaded outside area with outdoor setting and BBQ. Single lock up garage with remote controlled door - secure entry and vehicle secure (sedans and smaller 4x4 - trailers - motor bikes - bicycles - etc).
Includes all linen (sheets, pillowcases, doonas, tea towels, bath towels and bath mats, face washer and hand towels, beds have mattress and pillow protectors). Weekly cleaner for stays longer than 8 nights.

We DO NOT charge cleaning fees - with the expectation that unit is left clean and tidy. You can opt for a cleaning fee if that is more suitable to your circumstances.
Tariff is for one person - $20 per person per night for extra people. Everything provided - just bring your clothes and tucker. Pantry service available on request and at cost only.
Kindly note - Reservations made on the day of arrival will require a $200 refundable bond. Bond will be refunded to your bank account within 48 hours of departure. Photo ID (drivers licence or passport) required.

We had a great stay at Jo's place. It was very comfortable, sparkling clean and thoughtfully stocked. The location is great, close to beaches, shops and good coffee!
The unit was immaculate with everything possible supplied for meeting guests needs. Joanne was an excellent host, making sure all was ok, easy to contact & even dropped in a date loaf that she had baked herself! Easy access to shops & restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The new Woolworths shopping centre, only half a block away opens in Nov 2016, which will be fantastic for guests. Lovely presented home from home, comfortable, clean and dog friendly, all at very reasonable price. I agree, why stay in a hotel when you can stay here. Great location, close to everything. Although the whether was not sunshine the accommodation certanly shined.

Great location, immaculately clean with everything needed for my stay
The owners have thought of everything their guests may need during their stay making my stay hassle free. The property is in a great central yet quiet location, was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. My puppy was safe in the fully enclosed courtyard and really enjoyed the variety of walks in the vicinity. Highly recommend this property.

Jo-anne is the best host we have ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to ensure that we had as much information before our arrival, to enable us to plan what we wanted to see and do whilst in Bunbury. The unit itself wants for nothing. Jo-anne literally has thought of absolutely everything. She even asked us what she could stock the pantry and fridge with, to help us out for the first night and next morning, as we arrived on a public holiday. Having access to a drying line, indoor drying rack, and an electric dryer was a Godsend for our longer stay. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very pleasant. The recliner was well used at the end of long days. The unit is very conveniently located within walking distance of a major shopping centre, as were the community playground and wetland walk, which were brilliant. I was doing work during our stay and the unlimited internet access was a real bonus. The street itself is a bit hidden from the main road and does not have a sign post, so it is a little hard to find despite Jo-anne's maps. It is not the prettiest street but it is quiet and the neighbours are friendly. It is ideal for 2-4 guests. We cannot fault Jo-anne's accommodation.
Beware however, of the vegetarian pizza - unless you like olives, pineapple, and pickled onion, as a combination, we suggest you steer clear of that option.

I am glad to hear that the maps I sent to you helped plan your trip - they were sourced from the Bunbury Visitor Centre who are always extremely helpful.
This is my 19th year as a short/medium stay provider and guests over the years have provided really great feedback and suggestions to help us tick all the boxes for our future guests. Also, when our 3 children were teenagers we travelled extensively to sporting carnivals and stayed mainly in units - so we became aware of how the smaller touches can make a massive difference to your overall experience. Providers that only supplied one towel per person for a weeks stay really annoyed me - hence we provide 4 or 5 per person and lots of bath mats.
You must tell me which pizza shop you ordered from so I know for the future that they are not too good on the vegetarian pizza's !

Perfect home for a stay away from home. Property manager Jo was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. The home was very well stocked with everyday items, will definitely be staying again!
My Son 16, dogs Teddy and Boo had an amazing break. There was nothing that you did not need. Like walking from your home into another....just bringing clothing and food.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home.
Jo had thoughtfully baked a (delicious) fresh fruit loaf, which was still warm on our arrival at the house.
Even though we were only staying for 1 night, we immediately settled in comfortably as the home is so cosy.
Jo-anne has really thought about everything to make a short term stay easy and pleasant.
We would love to stay again and will definitely recommend Jo-annes place to friends and family.

This is a well thought out and very easy place to stay. Job is an attentive host and everything is considered down to the pegs . There is nothing missing. Our dog was happy and with good walks nearby she was well catered for as well. We will definitely be back if it is available. Thanks.

This place is well set up. Wash and dry clothes, cook whatever and coffe machine with pods. What more do you need? Oh yes comfortable bed, crisp linen and towels galore. Games to play and DVD’s .

This accommodation was excellent. Good location near the beach, wildlife park, big swamp park and shops. All these within walking distance. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Jo-anne was great, very helpful with everything and would pop in with homemade buns. The unit was a good size and has all modcons. Great response for the internet and also Netflix. I was personally overwhelmed but the courtesy and thoughtfulness of my hosts during my stay as a humble commercial contractor visiting Bunbury as a course of business.
The property location was perfect for the troops to wind down after a gruelling days work via the local hotel which is walking distance.
I would like to especially thank jo-Anne for looking after my said troops with cake to take to the work place to share,I will say people like jo-Anne are very rare indeed,I will happily bypass any other establishment and remain under her care if another visit is required.
