We had a great stay overall. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed, which made it really comfortable and convenient. The host was easy to communicate with, and both check-in and check-out were very smooth and simple.A couple of things to note would be that the house could have been cleaned a bit better before our arrival, the air conditioning is something to consider as it did get quite stuffy at times, and the lights in the stairway didn’t work which made it quite dark walking up.Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Our Craigieburn Stay.

Property was nice and spacious... A quick cold snap meant with no heating/or no instructions on how to access heating it was freezing. Bathrooms and toilets could do with a thorough clean. Overall was a pleasant stay.

This property was very dirty, drawers and cutlery/ crockery was not clean. Walls filthy, holes in walls, stickers on walls half piled off. Milk was expired in fridge by a few days, absolutely mess outside with pots and just stuff sprawled all through the front and back garden, downstairs toilet was not able to be used. There was even a pair of jocks left in the WIR floor. Absolutely disgusting, no offer for a refund when contacting house about all these issues. It was very cheap for how many could stay but the state was appalling and should not be rented out.

Initial first glance the inside appeared to be be okay however a closer inspection found unclean dishes empty used containers in the pantry cupboard, no hand towels.. rubbish scatted in the backyard (broken tiles, empty paint buckets, lots of dog poo from a previous dog, garden hose dangerously left out) Then there were active cameras outside both the front yard and backyard.. made us feel extremely uncomfortable so no longer used those spaces.. do not recommend this property!!!!

Craigeburn Home

This property could be a really nice place to stay. It is spacious with good heating in a residential area. However it is unloved and unkept. The place needs a thorough clean. We found rubbish and dirty tissue paper in bedroom drawers. Kitchen drawers and pantry not clean. Storage areas were dirty and filled with rubbish and items that should not be there. Some of the crockery was dirty. Dirty windows and walls .Dusty in some areas.The toilet downstairs was broken which we fixed.The garage floor was very dirty including cigarette butts on the floor. Outside the grass had not been mowed and was very long. Rubbish and trip hazards on the ground. Pegs scattered over the yard. Green bin had dirty nappies in it and all the bins emitted a foul odour. The building itself is great! What a shame!
