Perfect retreat

So convenient in location, it was the perfect base for us. The unit is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The kitchen is great and everything we needed was there. We will be back!

Loved this home. So close to beach and amenities. Very well designed. Would love to buy in this area. Owners were very welcoming. We want to go back.

Timeless comfort

The Royal St apartment has been a joy to stay in. It is close to shopping, beach, takeaway food, restaurants and the peninsula. All the apartments features are top notch. It is well supplied with everything you need to get started. I couldn’t recommend the property more highly .

This apartment has all you would need for a comfortable short-stay and is wonderfully and carefully serviced with exceptional communication and check-in procedures which are welcoming and reassuring. 5 star indeed! Thank you.

Great unit for Frankston

Very clean, comfortable and well thought out accommodation spot for a stay in Frankston. All the basics catered for and lovely host. Was a great base for my weeklong course at the nearby uni.

OurStay

The villa was close to all amenities and with the maps that Julie had left for us getting around was no problem. We have to thank Julie for making our stay as pleasant as possible. We were travelling from interstate and had access to the villa as soon as we arrived which was great. We had all of the essentials left for us so did not have to race off to the shops , we could take our time. I would recommend this villa and would definitely stay in it when we return to Melbourne.

A brilliant place for two

We were delighted to see how clean, well organised and roomy the apartment was. We were in Frankston for 4 days to visit our respective families and was in the perfect location, close to freeways, railway, beach and shops. The owner had supplied so many thoughtful provisions that we were really touched. The bed was wonderful, plenty of storage and a well supplied kitchen. The owner contacted us to make sure we were confident with the security details, the key safe if a fantastic idea. Thank you for providing such a high standard of accommodation at a very reasonable price. We will certainly stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Lovely Little Stay

We stayed at this property for a week whilst in Melbourne visiting friends and family. I was a bit stuck when my original accomodation fell through, the owners were very helpful with my last minute booking. The accomodation has everything needed and was immaculate when I arrived. There is a corner shop and nice fast food establishments around the corner, and the apartment itself is ia lovely quiet area - so no disturbed sleep! a nice stroll to the train station and shopping centre, or bus stops closer. We loved staying here and would definately do so again. My only isssue was being so tall the couch was a little squishy for more than one person, but if that's the only minor fault I can find, I can easily cope!!
