Great stay

The property was clean, bright, quiet and in a great location. Exactly what we were looking for. Charlotte was very responsive and her planning guide was very helpful. Hope to return to DC soon!

Short Trip to DC

The downstairs unit is clean and as described in the listing on VRBO. We had a great time in DC. We loved how close we were to the metro and restaurants!

Great stay in super location.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was very convenient to Metro and bus stops. The neighborhood offers an excellent selection of restaurants and grocery stores all within walking distance. Communication with the owner was excellent- quick responses.

Great stay at good price!

Stayed for a week to see the sights around DC. The apartment was clean, quiet, and close to Trader Joe's, restaurants, and the best coffee we've had on a trip (the Coffee Bar is just a short walk away). Was a very pleasant stay!

Great spot in DC!

Had everything we needed and price was comparable to a hotel room. Much more space and very convenient to the metro, coffee shops and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location

Great location. Easy to get to National mall (if you like walking) or by subway. Close to grocery and lots of restaurants. This place was exactly what we needed.

The location was great, and storage was ample. Bathroom towels were large and luxurious. We slept well, after asking about how the heating worked. It was not obvious. not obvious.

We enjoyed a 5 night stay in D.C. Very comfortable bed. Spacious living room/kitchen area. Kitchen had plenty of glasses and dishes. Very clean apartment.Walked 5 minutes to metro stop.

Wonderful property within walking distance to Capitol Hill. Communication with property owners was outstanding. They reserved the parking spot for us right in front of the building. Place was super nice and clean. Would definitely recommend anyone staying there.

Relaxed Stay in DC

The property is very nice and clean. It is located in a nice, safe and friendly neighbourhood with plenty of options for restaurants at 14th street. We have enjoyed a lot and would certainly recommend to stay here as a family of up to 4 persons.

Charming and comfortable

Clean and updated downstairs apartment in a friendly neighborhood. Very close to metro, restaurants and shopping. We were able to enjoy all of the major sights in DC and return to our quiet retreat.

Best VRBO ever!

We had an amazing stay here and would absolutely stay here again. I love how the small details, like having coffee at the apartment, didn’t go unnoticed. The apartment was very cozy and just perfect for us. Very clean as well. Highly recommend!

Great place and location

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. My wife and I had everything we needed. The property manager was very communicative and a special shoutout for getting us a parking pass since we booked pretty last minute. It is also a great place And location. Lots of restaurants, etc within walking distance
