3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom apartment in a 2-family house on Otsego Street that sleeps 6. (Whole house sleeps 16) 2.5 Miles to Cooperstown All Star Village! 23 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame located on Main Street Cooperstown, NY! Walking distance to Main Street Shopping and Eateries in Oneonta, NY.

The Space:
Permit #19-4545
This stylish completely renovated apartment is in amazing condition and offers beautiful flooring, newly furnished rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. "SHORTSTOP APT 1" is a first floor (fully air- conditioned) 3 bedroom apartment with a dining room, living room with a 50" Flat Screen TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 30-42 inch flat screen TV’s as well. All 3 bedrooms have a queen sized bed. For families / friends that wish to group together, “SHORTSTOP APT 2” is on the second & third floor and sleeps 10.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

Both tournaments; Cooperstown All Star Village and Cooperstown Dreams Park are now running on different 6-night schedules.
This rental is available only for Cooperstown All Star Village weeks.
We do not accept bookings for Cooperstown Dreams Park weeks, as their check-in/check-out days do not align.
Check-in and check-out are limited to the specific Cooperstown All Star Village dates listed below.
No early arrivals or extended stays are permitted, as the next group arrives the same day guests depart.

Guest Access:
Each apartment has separate keys. Laundry room is in the apartment. The driveway is shared with Shortstop Apt 2 and the house next door 2nd Base Apt 1 and 2nd Base Apt 2. There is plenty of space for multiple vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Lots to do in the area. Your welcome guide is on the entertainment stand and emailed before arrival.

Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820

Staying right on Main Street and a short walk away from the restaurants and nightlife, gives SHORTSTOP an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

Baseball stay

The property was clean and exactly as described. Hosts were great on communication and had the property ready early. Driveway parking is limited but we never had an issue parking on the street in front of the home. We would definitely book again.

ASV visitors

This location is perfect if your child is playing at ASV. It’s about 8 minutes from the fields, and even closer to town where there are plenty of restaurants. Getting in touch with the property managers was very easy. They responded quickly and were always very friendly/helpful. Unfortunately our bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. They did offer to fix it at a convenient time for us, but since we were in/out of the house so much during our stay, we didn’t have larger chunks of time to devote to waiting for a plumber. Our place was pet friendly, which was great! We were careful about cleaning up after our small dog, but our neighbors were not. This, however, was not the fault of the property managers. I gave 3 stars for overall cleanliness. There were things that could’ve been cleaner (shower curtain liner had hair and soap scum on the bottom of it when we arrived, grates on floor were dirty and not screwed into floor so continually moved if knocked into, floors could’ve been mopped better, a few stains on bedsheets, a couple tv remotes were missing batteries ), but since we didn’t utilize the house for anything other than sleeping, showering, and quick breaks, it was good enough.

If you need a rental near All-Star Village, look no further! Everything about our stay was great. The apartment was spotless when we checked in and is about a 5 minute drive to the fields. Just a few miles away, you can drive to a Walmart, a supermarket, or a BJs wholesale to stock up the full kitchen in the apartment. An additional bonus was the Dunkin Donuts which was about 400 feet from the front door! The owners were amazing to deal with; always responding to questions and even checking in on us once we were there.

We had a great stay at Shortstop Apt 1! The apartment was very clean and has a great location close to main street and ASV. The owners did a good job with communicating and checking in on our experience. I especially appreciated that the home included everyday necessities such as soap, laundry supplies and paper towels! I would recommend staying here!

This place has definitely exceeded our expectations. Our unit was so clean and nice and our hosts were available for any questions we had. Location was great for our needs and was close to a little town with restaurants and little shops. If I ever travel to Oneonta again I would definitely stay there!

AllStar Rentals are the best

We stayed in Apt 1 and it was perfect for two families. Surprisingly it was bigger than i expected. There is only one bathroom but we were able to navigate shower times with 4 adults and 4 kids. Showers were equipped with shampoo, conditioner and soap. All amenities were available. The best part was sitting on the porch or picnic tables outside. We came mid June so temperatures were near perfect. Note, you have a great corner store across the street. He had a great selection of adult beverages. Dunkin donuts and KFC are a block away. 7 minutes to CASV. It was so convenient to be close to the fields and our kiddos. Definitely recommend this rental!

Cooperstown All Star Village

The house was about 10 minutes from CASV which was the perfect distance. It was clean and the check in process was extremely simple with great communication through other rental process. I would recommend this property to anybody who is staying the week in Oneonta!

Great space for baseball family

We spent the week at All Star Village and this was close and perfect for in between games and a good night's sleep. Just like the photos! Updated, very clean and walking distance to coffee and restaurants. Would highly recommend for single family to stay. It is comparable in price to hotels in area and much more space as well as full kitchen and washer/dryer. Air conditioning worked great and even though there was a family above us it was not noisy at all.

STOP SCROLLING, book this unit NOW!

Hi Baseball Families - you can stop looking this is the BEST rental! The house is totally updated, very light and airy. The owners go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make your baseball trip easy. I'm an over packer, but no need to do so on this trip. They have plenty of cleaning supplies under kitchen sink, in laundry room they have tons of detergent, plus stain removers. Bathroom is stocked with huge Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The unit was super clean and just a really nice layout. I also really liked that it was just one house in on a side street and a couple block away from the busy main downtown area. Super close so you could walk, but far enough away to not have to worry about street parking or noise. Oh, and they have plenty of extra blankets and my sheets were super soft (I even looked at the label to buy a set for my house). Each bedroom had it's own AC unit too which is nice since my family doesn't agree on where to set a thermostat. This unit just checked off all my boxes and I would definitely rent again if we were back in Cooperstown. Also, I ran out of kitchen garbage bags and within 2 hours, the owners left me more on the front porch. It's nice to know that they are so available to fix any issues. Super Clean Place close to All-Star Village

Super Clean Place close to All-Star Village. Appreciated the proximity to Cooperstown All-Star Village as we traveled back and forth quite a bit. Communication was awesome and the cleaning folks met us at the property and did a great job prior to check in.

Baseball get away

Drove out from Chicago for the Cooperstown Baseball Tournament. The apartment was nicely appointed and very clean. It was close to Main Street and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The apartment was an easy 5 minute drive to All Star Village and I was grateful for the full size washer and dryer! Timothy, the point person for the apartment, was easily available for any questions and very friendly.

Arrived to a nice welcome note with a bottle of wine. (Nice touch) Also, had coffee, tea, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner and more to make our stay even more comfortable. Modern style renovation recently done throughout. Great place for large family stays
