This stylish house is in great condition and offers plenty of amenities for a large group. The massive back yard w/picnic tables looks over amazing views of the mountains surrounding Oneonta. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a kitchen w/wood cabinetry, separate dining room, spacious living room w/a 50" Flat Screen TV, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom off the kitchen. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms, two have a queen bed. There is a full bath with washer/dryer off the hallway. The master suite is the 4th bedroom with it's own bathroom and double sink. 32"-40" flat screen TV's in all bed rooms. The house is equipped with the highest speed internet offered (400mbps) and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!



Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

This rental is available only for Cooperstown All Star Village weeks.

We do not accept bookings for Cooperstown Dreams Park weeks, as their check-in/check-out days do not align.

Check-in and check-out are limited to the specific Cooperstown All Star Village dates listed below.

No early arrivals or extended stays are permitted, as the next group arrives the same day guests depart.
