Our family of five (2 adults and 3 kids) stayed here for a week and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect was just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the hotel amenities really enhanced our stay. Communication with the host was fantastic, they were responsive, helpful, and made everything easy. We’d definitely come back!

Beautiful place to stay🌅

Amazing pools Great poolside cafe with very reasonable prices, we ate there every day and food was always good, great coffee too!! Room was perfect for us & a nice view of the ocean. Will definitely stay again👌👌 Also bob the head of housekeeping was a lovely man & great to have a chat with. Thankyou John for letting us stay, we will be back

My stay at this property was excellent. The location to the beach, restaurants, shopping was great. The apartment had a lovely view of the ocean. The resort had a great pool and gym. The parking was easy and convenient. We will definately stay again when the opportunity comes up.

Apartment was Awesome, Walking Distance to the Entertainment area of Surfers paradise. Ammenities in the Hotel were beautiful too From the Lagoon pool to the 2 Hot Spa baths and indoor heated pool and Gym. Apartment had really Cool Airconditioning and Bed was Comfy. Extra nice lounge to sit in and watch Netflix at night. Thai Restaurant downstairs had really nice food also

Overall pretty good

No blanket provided with the trundle bed, and the bedding in the laundry cupboard needed washing before use due to its musty smell. No measuring cup in the kitchen, which made it hard to make some meals. Bathroom and kitchen tiles were extremely slippery for the first 24hrs, after we had wet them down and wiped them, they were then ok. But overall we had a good time, and its a fantastic location. Would stay there again.

Beautiful pool area close to the beach

One double bed and a pull out lounge in need of a new mattress and better stain free bedding. The sheets were clean. The apartment is in need of upgrading. The curtains are poorly hung and the bath is stained. There was a lot of dirt/ dust under the bed and behind the furniture. The pool area is great for kids. The staff/ owner was helpful in making up the lounge bed for the kids and replacing the kettle as it was broken. Would not stay in this particular unit again but would try a different room. While chatting to other people around the pool area it seems to be the luck of the draw as to whether you get a unit that is renovated and presented with pride or not.

Dear Sihireen thank you for staying with us. You did not express any dissatisfaction whilst in the unit. Housekeeping is available to address these matters of cleaning and you did speak to the head of housekeeping when your kettle was replaced and did not mention anything. In regards to the mattress it may be personal taste. The bed ii's not a king bed but the special single mattress that zipps together as used by Mantra and under 2 years old. The lounge and sofa bed are under 2 years old . We take great pride in our unit and it is disappointing to hear your harsh comments without any prior knowledge. The photos represent exactly how the unit looks. Thank you for your input but would have liked the opportunity to rectify any issues before hand as other guests have not shared such harsh input before. Attached is my contact with you at the beginning of your stay which no response was made: Hope you are well. Is everything to your satisfaction? I was told the kettle was not working. There should be a spare in the cupboards. Did Bob attend to this? Enjoy your stay. John

Amazing location. Fantastic apartment and amenities. Pool area is brilliant and perfect for us and our young kids! Thai restaurant was delicious. Nice new kitchen. This place has a lot going for it and a few things fixed could have made it incredible. Would have been nice to know the bar and buffet were closed (looked to be permanently?). Apartment could have been cleaner. Few stains on bedding, carpets, crumbs in fold out couch. Smears all over windows and mirrors. Communication was lacking prior and during. I contacted to confirm there was a high chair and cot available (listing doesn’t mention cot). This was missed and a second message replied to. So I send another inquiry about it (not rude just asking the question as I needed to know if alternative arrangements would need to be made) and they replied back not to “stress” it would be sorted. Very odd as my baby needs somewhere to sleep. No mention of needing a sheet (lucky I packed one) and no high chair when we got to the apartment. Only two towels as well (for a family of 4, which was on the booking). I then messaged the people I was told to (not the owner) who either did not reply, or said you’ll have to ask x for that. I gave up so we just made do with 2 towels and no high chair. Overall we were happy. The location and price were fantastic and we had a lovely holiday. The apartment itself was nice and we will certainly be back

We had a fantastic time and this property met all of our needs. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer onsite and made our stay so much easier. My only tinnnny little feedback is just plumbing in the bathroom but I assume it's a body corporate thing? Otherwise, a great stay!

Great location! Comfy bed. Nice kitchen with oven, stove, big fridge etc. Large balcony. Glass furniture was a bit iffy with a toddler but we managed! Great pool and facilities. Happy with our stay!

WE are a family who love the Gold Coast. As the kids grewup we kept going. After over a dozen visits we decided we wouldlike our own apartment that is clean,comfortable and modern.
An opportunity arose to purchase and we did.We use the apartment ourselves and are fussyas to cleanliness and features.
