Beautifully updated historic home that has everything you will need. The home is on a quiet street, away from the trains and fire station that can be a factor in other homes of the neighborhood. The furnishings are new and in top shape. You can walk to the best downtown restaurants, entertainment and The Palm Beach Convention Center. Save on parking at the Convention Center and come home for lunch and a swim. Depending on your plans, a rental car may not be necessary. We offer a clean space, and contactless check-in. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, outdoor shower and a beautiful outdoor area with a heated pool. This house also has a great private office area with two work stations and super fast internet. Palm Beach is a 5 minute ride away where can enjoy world renowned shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Extra thought and care have gone into providing essential amenities like a stocked kitchen and BBQ grill. Enjoy the Florida sun and a great indoor/outdoor environment.

Other things to note -
The Palm Beach Airport is 5 minutes away. Not all guests require rented transportation. The area is walkable and hired cars are quick and easy to nearby attractions.

Pack and Play and high chair are available for use during your stay.

Pool Heater is set to 84 and heats only during the hours of 9am-5pm on the first full day of your stay, until 5pm on the night before check out. Outside temperature must be 60 or above. Temperatures lower than 60 are rare and may only last a few hours. The hours can be adjusted upon request up to 9 hours total in one day. Pool heater is available October - April.

This property is located in a quiet, family oriented, residential neighborhood. Quiet hours (10pm - 8am) are enforced by property management and local law enforcement. Only registered guests are permitted on the property without prior consent. Violations will result in immediate cancelation. Please communicate all possible concerns with the host.

A discounted cleaning fee can be requested through the inquiry process if there are 4 or fewer guests and your total number of nights is less than 7.

Why they chose this property

I personally came to the area in the late 70’s as child when my family moved to South Florida for warm weather, sandy beaches and loads of opportunity. I have always loved this downtown historic area with its older homes and convenient surroundings. We bought this house in 2018. The house had recently been updated, but we put our own stamp on this house by adding the pool and updating the backyard. In summer 2020 we added a covered back patio and a new roof.

What makes this property unique

This house is well cared for and loved because it's not just a vacation rental. In the off season or summer months, we live in the house and make all the needed updates and repairs. Also in the summer, I love teaching swim lessons to all the kids in the neighborhood. We know the house well and can help you find what you need both in the house and in the area. One of our favorite things is beautiful backyard and pool area.
