Lovely N/E facing top floor unit with fantastic 360 PANORAMA ocean and hinterland views located at Pippi Beach in Yamba.

We have Wifi and provide with linen and towels and a starter pack of essensials for your stay. Private pool area for complex.

Wraparound balcony on the top floor with Comfortable outside sofa setting and dining area with gas BBQ for you to enjoy. Both Oceanfront bedrooms have private balcony.

The unit is fully self contained and furnished with comfortable furniture and beds, we supply bedlinen and towels. Perfect for a family holiday or a couples getaway great location at the beach with walking distance to Yamba village.

The unit is Spacious over 2 levels with the main living area & master bedroom on the top floor and 2 bedrooms, bathroom and seperate toilet downstairs.

The bedrooms:
1. Master bedroom is on the top floor with a bathroom ensuit. Comfortable king bed, celling fans, blinds and private balcony with beautiful ocean view.

2. Bedroom (downstairs) 2 comfortable queen bed, celing fan, blinds and private balcony with beautiful ocean view.

3. Bedroom (downstairs) 2 comfortable long single beds, fans, blinds.

All the bedrooms have fans, side tables with lamps and cupboards with clothes hangers. We supply bedlinen and towels for your stay.

The unit is situated in the Well looked after Bindaree complex with only 12 units.
The complex has security gates.
We have a nice and protetced pool area, outside showers and toilet facilities.
You can see the swimming pool from our unit.
We have one lock up garage in the complex.
No lift in the complex. Solid staircase.

Great location at the beach.
Walking distance to Yamba village, 900 meters.
Walking distance to the Pacific Hotel 900 meters
Yamba Golf club is only 600 Meters away.

You only need to bring your own beach towels, holiday spirit and a binocular for whale and dolphins watching.

This property is not pet friendly. Strictly no smoking. No schoolies or parties are welcome in the complex.

Fantastic view

The apartment was much bigger than we anticipated and it made for a relaxing stay. We loved this location in winter, with such great views of the beach. We saw whales and dolphins every day from the balcony. We can’t wait to re-book!

Came to Yamba for the first time. Some of the stay was work related and the rest for some time out and what a great location and apartment. Everything you would need for a short stay or long time stay. Nina was a very good host providing details related to the apartment and what was happening in the area. Wonderful stay at Pippi Beach House

We were a group of 6 adults in Yamba for a party at the surf club . The apartment was a perfect location for walking to the club and into town . The view is wonderful . There are lots of different , sitting areas and both double bedrooms having a few of the ocean was a bonus . Would highly recommend

Excellent for the following reasons: Awesome ocean views, across the road from the beach, quiet area, pool in complex, family friendly, property was clean and tidy, host was very nice and accommodating, easy check in, comfortable beds, ceiling fans, wifi, Netflix etc. Only issue is there is no air conditioning.

We really loved our stay at Bindaree # 9 and think we may have found the place for all future family holidays! Everything about the penthouse apartment was great, there are ceiling fans throughout, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is really well kitted out, there is a bbq with inside and outside tables for eating. The highlight was definitely the balcony, it was fantastic being able to sit outside and watch the ocean complete with dolphins! Definitely can't recommend the place more and we are already looking forward to future holidays.

Beautiful Appartments

The apartment itself was perfect! Extremely clean & comfortable. Views were incredible and price was very reasonable! Would love to stay again. Both times we have stayed on this street and parked our cars out the front they have been damaged & broken into. Not apartment owners fault or problem but would recommend using the underground parking not the street at night.

Our first visit to Yamba & we picked the perfect place to stay. Nina was an excellent communicator & made us feel very welcome.The apartment is well set up & we appreciated all the extras supplied eg. coffee,condiments,dishwasher detergent,laundry powder etc. Loved the location & the views from the huge balconies were stunning.The living area perfect for a group as is so big.The stairs were a bit of a challenge but everything else made it all worthwhile.Look forward to returning.

Nice stopover between Brisbane and Sydney

Good views from the property and Nina was great with communication. The house was quite well equipped although the dryer wasn't working, which was a pity. We ate out for all our meals so can't comment on cooking facilities/equipment. As stated in the ad and noted when we opened the cupboards, you'd have to bring all your pantry items if you plan to cook. There are plenty of eateries within a few minutes drive away though.

We have a lot of returning guest who love the views from our unit. I checked the dryer it works like a dream, the power button was off ! We do not stock food for our guests but we do provide with a starter pack of essentials spices, oil, tea and coffee .

Great to be back again

This was our second time at Nina's place in Yamba, and as per our first trip the quality of the host and apartment was great. Nina is a super attentive to communications and a quick to reply to any questions that you might have. The apartment is perfectly positioned for those that love to wake up in the morning and watch the sunrise from your bedroom or the balcony. look forward to returining again soon.
