- Linen is NOT supplied at this property. You will need bring your own linen including towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba or Coastal Cleaning Services.
- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
- PET FRIENDLY - Please do not allow your dog inside. Holiday tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and damage your dog may cause. When booking, you must put down breed of dog in the special requests section. Guests are responsible for pets actions and additional charges will apply if property is left excessively dirty or damaged.

This two bedroom and one bathroom property offers a comfortable and convenient stay for your getaway. The main bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, and the second bedroom is fitted out with comfortable bunk beds that can accommodate up to four people, ideal for families or groups.

The open dining and living area features polished concrete floors and air conditioning for your comfort through those summer months.

A single car garage is at your disposal, ensuring your vehicle remains protected throughout your stay. Beach Lane offers a bike for your use, making it a breeze to explore and relish leisurely rides.
