Lovely house, would have been better if internet was available and tv compatible. (Men wanted to watch rugby league). Location was great as able to walk to festival proceedings.
We had an amazing stay - it was the perfect home for 3 generations to base themselves to explore the granite belt. Thanks for a great weekend!

Our Stay
7 of us stayed for 2nights and enjoyed the fire where we could sit and socialise .
The house was well appointed, clean and in an excellent position to visit the wineries of the area.

Glad you enjoyed your stay.. thanks for the review.
This property is beautiful, a gorgeous house spotlessly clean and in the most beautiful surroundings, a short walk into the Main Street
Very well appointed with everything you could possibly need
Connor House was perfect for our group and I recommend for anyone looking for a house to comfortably accommodate 4 couples (as all 4 bedrooms have double bed). Two bathrooms separate to the bedrooms made it so good (rather than an ensuite). Great host who knew the importance of coffee .

Thanks, Glad you had a great weekend and enjoyed the coffee!
Connor House has always been a great place to stay. Great for family and friends to stay together in the one place.
Location is excellent for exploring north or south of Stanthorpe, with only a 30mins driving to all the major wineries and sites to see and experience.
House is well equipped.
Wouldn’t stay anywhere else !
This house is perfect for experimenting what the Stanthorpe district has to offer.
The house is well set out, heaters in all rooms and a great central fire place.
Plenty of space for 9 people to sit and eat and drink what we just bought at the end of the day trips.
The house is great for a large family or a group of friends.
Amanda, The house was exactly what my friends and I required during our recent stay. The ease of contact and the fact that you had the fire going ready for us was awesome. Thanks.
If u are going to Stanthorpe “Connor House” is the place to stay. So much room and Very clean. All u need to take u your clothes and food. As there is every think you need, down to board and outdoor games. Close to town, big backyard. It was fantastic and we recommend. We will be back. Thank you Amanda.
This is a lovely 4 bedroom home in a central location. Definitely recommend for groups or those with pets. We stayed as a family of 4 adults with our dogs and they loved running around the huge yard.
Plenty of room to spread out inside too so would suit a large family as well. House is neat and tidy, lots of cups/plates etc and blankets to keep warm although we didn’t need them this time.
Everything you need for a visit to Stanthorpe! Thank you for the stay.
What an amazing time we had staying in Stanthorpe. Connor House was the best property for our needs. We enjoyed our time relaxing by the fire with a glass of wine and cards. Kids had fun playing boche in the big back yard. Teaching the kids what a VHS was 😂 a fabulous way to ring in my 40th birthday with family. Thank you we will return again in the future
The property provided us with all we required during our stay in Stanthorpe. It was only a 5 minute walk to the shopping strip so after a long day of hiking or visiting other sights this was a bonus if we didn't have enough food in the fridge. The kitchen was very well stocked for all your needs to cook and dine. There is a great backyard to have a great family game of cricket or throwing a frisbee or whatever you like! Overall a very warm and welcoming cottage that easily accomodated for a large group of people.
Friends group of 5 stayed at the house for 3 nights. It was a rainy weekend and the fire was lit on our arrival which was lovely. The house is clean and very cosy. 4 large bedrooms and beds are comfortable. Great country kitchen to sit around and have a yak. Plenty of seating in lounge for groups or families. No Wi-Fi made for a more relaxing time and the VHS took me back 40 years. Enjoyed Winery tours, markets, local cafes great country shops to browse in. Very enjoyable weekend. 👍

Perfect group getaway
Our overnight stay at Connor House was far too short. We would have loved to spend another few nights in this large but cosy home. The four bedrooms were spacious & far away enough from each other so as not to disturb anyone. The oil heaters & fire place ensured we were warm on a crisp eveningThe lounge & dining rooms were huge & the two toilets & showers ensured one was always available! The large kitchen was very well stocked with all the crockery needed for entertaining. The back yard was enormous with plenty of place for parking & doggos to run around in. A short walk into town sees supermarkets, bakeries & cafes, bars & restaurants. Connor house is uniquely decorated (check out the beanie & scarf stand!) & some Lavender Farm products are available in-house. Booking & communications were clear & timely with consideration given to guests. Many thanks Amanda for a lovely stay while in Stanthorpe for a family celebration.
Cons:
Half the windows didn't open and when we were here there was a heatwave.
Could use an air con in the lounge room, or check all fans are working.
My 84 yr old grandmother and my aunty got a room that the windows didnt open and fan didnt work.
On the add it says 1 bedroom has 2 queen beds, in which it didn't so a bit offalse advertising.
Alot of the dishes we went to use were flithy and had to be thoroughly cleaned before using.
Pros:
Close to shops
Plenty of kitchen space
Plenty of yard, that could fit a pool, as summer gets really hot here.
