Kirrilly's Cottage- Home away from Home

Located in Victoria Park this Cottage is nestled between two of The Park's well known Streets.

Conveniently located near to the thriving cafe and restaurant culture along the main street Albany Highway as well as the Causeway Precinct.

Other attractions nearby include South Perth Swan River Foreshore, Perth's Crown Casino, Optus Stadium, City of Perth, WACA Cricket Ground, Perth Zoo and also near to Curtin University.

You will be pleasantly surprised with the layout of the house. The spacious lounge area leads onto the dining and then kitchen. There is all modern electrical products including fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster. There is also free Wifi.

A number of essential items needed for your stay are provided. Tea and coffee essentials.

All bedrooms have linen provided and they are freshly laundered for your arrival.

Bathroom towels shampoo, conditioner and body wash are also provided.

The house has heating and cooling for your enjoyment all year round. Plus large windows and a sliding door to enjoy the Freo Doctor in the balmy summer afternoons.

Wonderful stay in Victoria Park

We were a group of friends from London attending a wedding in Perth and I'm so happy I found Kirrilly's Cottage! A fantastic property, with everything we needed during our 10-day stay. Very comfortable and well located for the shops/bars/restaurants of Victoria Park. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend booking Kirrilly's cottage for anyone staying in the area.

Definitely a home away from home.

Large and clean with a great kitchen and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and if not for our alarms we may have slept the day. Felt safe and secure with shops and restaurants easily within walking distance. Would stay again on next visit.

An awesome break

We arrived for our first trip to WA and we’re amazed by firstly the location, and its’ proximity to the city. Then on entering Kirrilly’s place we immediately felt welcomed. Kirrilly’s Cottage

The property was very well placed for public transport, which was efficient and cheap. The nearest shops and restaurants were a 20 minute walk away. The property was spacious and well appointed with most facilities that you would need for a holiday, but a little tired in places. The host was very friendly and allowed us to store our cases until the early afternoon, which was much appreciated.

Location and comfort

The home was spotless, and we could see careful thought in everything. Plenty of room with a good size fridge and plenty of cutlery. Our only winge was that it was difficult to get the steady temperature in the shower. We had 8 days around 40 and the air condition held on well. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

This property was perfect for our family. We wanted to be in the Victoria Park location as it is close to the city and has an incredible cafe strip, also close to parks The unit gave us the illusive 3 bedrooms that slept 6 in total We also had the outdoor area to sit in and catch up with visitors The kitchen provided everything we needed to cater for ourselves and guests At the rear of the property is a designated car bay which was fantastic Our family really enjoyed the ducted airconditioning, comfortable seating, quality bedding Attention had clearly been paid to every part of our stay We would highly recommend this accommodation to others and will be back for sure

Lovely little stay

Clean house with everything we needed. Nice outdoor area for the kids to play and close to two playgrounds. Kids loved the Netflix and the adults loved little cheese platter provided. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
