This direct oceanfront town home features four bedrooms, three full baths, plus one half bath, direct access to the beach cross over. A fully equipped kitchen with two full size refrigerators, Keurig and full size washer and dryer provide all the modern conveniences. Central air is provided via ductless systems in each bedroom and the living room. Free WIFI internet is provided. First floor deck with direct access to beach. Off-street parking for three cars (carport for small SUV or sedan only - actual dimensions 90 in. X 110 in). You can't find a better location for the ocean and beach views and the cool ocean breezes. Enjoy panoramic views from three unit specific balconies. Convenient location for walking to dining, night life, and more. Pets are welcome with a separate paid pet fee. Grilling is NOT permitted on the deck of the town home, you may grill in the sand in front, at least 20' away from the structure. The owner provides a gas grill for guest use. Mattresses require extra deep pocket sheets.
