Beach stay

The house was as advertised. Lots of room for the family. Deck facing the ocean…great place to eat lunch and listen to the waves. Can walk straight on to the beach. Would recommend.

Overall a great place to stay!

Some minor issues with the shower doors in one of the bathrooms, but otherwise there were few complaints among our party. Great location, spacious living and wonderful ocean view. Owner was responsive and very accommodating. Would stay here again

GREAT VACATION

places located right off the beach, great views, big enough to comfortably sleep all 12 of us. Mark is by far the best host I’ve ever dealt with , any issues at all he responds very quickly and get things taken care of. Our central air unit went out and could not be fixed Mark had a new unit installed the next day!!!

Healing Beach Retreat

We picked this beach house for a healing beach retreat, and it did not disappoint! We loved how close we were to the beach- right out the back and the fact that we could see the ocean from many of the rooms.

Mark was very communicative and flexible with our check in time, which helped us out a lot. The house is in a great location and the view of the beach from the bedrooms and deck are amazing. Very clean house and lots of space for everyone. Would stay here again.

I’ve been coming here since I was 1 (34 now) and we came with my family and brought our baby. This was my favorite place we ever stayed - we usually stay further up at the same condo but this was so nice and convenient!

Big family beach townhouse

Great place to stay with a big family. Plenty of beds and foutons. We’ll stocked kitchen. Owner provided umbrella, sand toys and chairs. The owner responded immediately to our questions. We will stay there again.

Mark was great to work with. he even allowed an early check in which was perfect. the house looks better in person then pictures which is unusual. accompanied our large group perfectly. plenty of beach chairs. kitchen well stocked. Definitely will be a place we will stay again

Great Beachfront Access

The location is prime! Easy access to the beach. There were a few concerns up front, but the owner was very responsive to all concerns and tried their best to address them. You can tell the place is being updated a little at a time, the kitchen is nicely updated and the outside deck is a great place to relax and hang out!There is ample amount of living/sleeping space and again, could not ask for a better view and beach access.

Can't function without good Wi-Fi

Good over all. Bad WIFI and needs to be spotless for the crazy cleaning fee that's charged. Just needed a white glove once over and clean the ceiling vents. I would recommend it.

Great location but don’t expect much for decor.

Location is great. The view being right on the ocean is beautiful. The 4th bedroom is very small other three are spacious. The decor and furniture appears to have been gathered over the years or from yard sales. The place could really use a thorough cleaning and bathrooms need updating. If you are looking for a no fuss kinda place for family and friends it’s a great place but don’t have high expectations of it being a high end beach house.

Family Beach Vacation

This rental had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Location walking distance to boardwalk, right on beach, great ocean view. Plenty of sleeping space, dinning space and kitchen well stocked. Out side hose and shower to rinse off. Not listed and would have been good to know plenty of childrens beach toys, pack and play, baby gates and high chair. Fourth bedroom does not have own bathroom, but bathroom on first floor is nice to have. Host was very quick to respond and helpful. I would highly recommend and would stay again if visiting Ocean City MD.

Bike week by the beach

Great location! Beautiful view of beach from back deck. Had to call to gain access because time lock keypad was not allowing entry at checkin time. Room descriptions are not accurate in listing. There are 4 bedrooms but two bedrooms are a railroad design. Essentially you have to walk through one room to get to the other. No privacy whatsoever. Description says 4+ bathrooms. There are only 4. All but one bathroom are in need of upgrading. Nice modern kitchen. Cleaning crew need to pay better attention to bathrooms. All in all a good property for the price.
