Adrian was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for our stay. While the house met our needs, it is showing its age and could benefit from some maintenance—such as repairing closet doors, replacing missing blinds, and addressing areas with peeling paint.”

Wonderful stay

We wanted something to be close to our grandkids & visit & for them to come see us. We live far away & only see them once to twice a year. It was a wonderful time & my grands loved it!!!! Thank u from a first time VRBO participant.

Communication was always timely and that was very important to me. The home is spacious and well accommodated: two families of 3, and an adult. The kids absolutely loved the pool! Two of the rooms actually have king beds which was a nice surprise. The primary en suite is just a shower stall, if that's important to you. It's a nice older home and we would definitely stay again. The location was also a bonus with the highway, many stores and restaurants very close by. I'm also very grateful to Adrian for shipping out a forgotten item. Great value and great house. Thank you!

Convenient

We could not have chose a better location. So close to all sorts of good shopping & restaurants. Older but nice & quiet neighborhood. The house is what you expect of an older house but it was very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. And the air conditioner worked wonderfully. I sure appreciate the communication the owner kept with us, he was very attentive to our needs.

Everything you need

This home has most everything you need for Your stay. It is clean and well stocked. The only problem we had was the stovetop and oven did not turn on at all.

PERFECT EXPERIENCE!!!

This property was not available due to maintenance & we were upgraded to the "Nice House" at no extra cost. The property was amazing! The pool was refreshing. The house was big enough for everyone to sleep comfortably & for everyone to find a private space when needed. Plenty of family gathering space inside with A/C & outside around the pool. Scenic views. The property management was amazing, accommodating, and responded to every message within a few hours. 100% would stay here again.

Beautiful Property

What a peaceful place to stay. Property Manager was quick to respond when we had problems adjusting the pool. He personally came out and took care of it. The ice maker was not working but we didn't call on it. It was easy enough to buy ice when we shopped for groceries. The location was great to go anywhere in El Paso and of course, restaurants and stores aplenty. We left a little gift of some books, magazines and puzzles in case you might be in town for awhile. . always nice to have something extra to do or read or play with if you are in for a while. 10++

Needs some work/updating

The pictures are a little dated. It’s definitely a cool house that has a lot of potential, but it needs work. I understand it’s an older house, but it could use some TLC. The guess bedroom bed that has a broken leg that’s being held up by a can of paint. The master bedroom floor carpet needs to be replaced, it’s padding is worn bad. It feels like walking on tile, and you can feel the staples where the carpet meets the bedroom door. My kids wore their shoes for safety purposes. The pool flooring needs work too. My kids did find a home made pipe and jar of marijuana residue on the back yard window ledge. The property manager did remove it asap.

Stressful stay

Communication was good with Adrian and thank God for that. When we checked in, my son was anxious to jump in the pool but had to wait for the pump to run for a few hours before he could jump in. The water was cloudy and could not see the pool floor and there were bugs and leaves floating. The pump ran for a few hours and we were able to get in for a bit but had to stop since the pool light was not operable. That evening, I found a lot of water on hallway and bathroom. I discovered that the ac unit was leaking water and the pitcher that was catching the water was overflowing. I contacted Adrian and he had an a guy show up the next day so I had to throw out the pitcher of water multiple times until he arrived later the next evening. We did get a small refund after checkout. I was still disappointed by the experience and will not return again. We also found a vape pen and cork of Patron behind the sofa. It appears they clean around the furniture but do not move furniture to clean properly.

Sorry about your experienced, we did Have issues with pool, sent tech to corrected, took a while but it was fixed, sorry can't give you more money back, but you left the house very dirty and also had small parties with lots of trash

Making money is the goal of this property owner: Not Customer service.

Property is dilapidated and pool needs a good filtration system: The fact is that we were only sparingly able to enjoy the pool on Wednesday and Thursday; and not the rest of the vacation was extremely disappointing. Our vacation started off good BUT ended up being a Huge disappointment. Within 24 hours, we had to call the owner to clean the pool because it was turning murky. It is disingenuous to advertise a house with a pool when the pool has issues. We were not able to use the pool on Friday and Saturday, due to the murkiness of the pool. It looked terrible and unsafe. The owner did send the pool guys over to clean it (they were there for about 10 minutes, then left). Stating we had a lot of people in the pool and that somehow it was our fault. Looks like to pool needs a good filtration system. It is difficult to fix something that is broken. We overlooked other things in the house while we were there. For example, when we had our elderly parents over (86 years and 85 years old), they could not sit on the recliners, because they were already reclined (broken). Making it difficult for both my parents to sit on them. There were some rooms in the house, especially the guest bathroom that smelled like cannabis (marijuana). Doors would not close in their entirety, especially the bathroom doors in the master bedroom. Several lights were also burnt out and we were not able to find bulbs on the premises. The chairs outside the patio are torn and are flimsy. Some had holes in them.

Sorry for those issues, first of all we did Have issues pool system is fixed now, the new living room didn't come on time for you reservation, the issue with the Marijuana don't understand because we clean and disinfectant all house, including bathrooms, so must be something else.
