Barwon Links – House Overview

This double story home has large open plan living, dining and outdoor entertaining areas – with direct access to a large and practical kitchen – fully equipped with Caesar benchtops, stainless steel appliances and a butler’s pantry (with a coffee machine).

The dining area boasts a large table with seating for 12, while the living area has a large couch, curved smart screen TV, DVD player and wireless speaker sound system.

The outdoor entertaining area provides accessible indoor/outdoor entertaining via stacking sliding doors. This gives you the freedom to open up the space and enjoy the beautiful weather, or close the doors yet still enjoy the expansive windows and natural light. The deck comprises an outdoor table that seats 8, gas burner BBQ and is the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and watch the beautiful sunsets.

Off the main living area is an expansive master bedroom, with walk in robes and en-suite (extra large shower). This retreat style room is situated away from the other 3 bedrooms and is an ideal parental escape.

Downstairs has an additional living space with a couch, TV, and 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have hotel quality King beds (which can be split into long singles if requested), while the 4th bedroom offers 4 x King Single Beds (i.e. 2 bunks). These bunks are “Adult” strength and the King Single bedding option is surprisingly spacious. A bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet are also on offer. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer are also available.

There are 2 separate backyard areas (both fully enclosed and secure) with spacious grass for children to run free. The front yard can be viewed from the living and outdoor entertaining areas, allowing you to supervise your children happily playing outside.

Barwon Links is a bright, airy and well ventilated home with both heating and air-conditioning.

Off street car parking is available for up to 4 cars.

Please note – the house has a no pets, non - smoking (both indoor & outdoor), no schoolies and no functions policy. We have a zero tolerance policy toward excessive noise.

Tariff Details

- A minimum 7 night stay applies over specific periods.

- Long Weekends attract a minimum 3 night stay.

- A 2 night minimum applies at all other times.

- Over peak periods - December / January - 7 night stay applies for all bookings.

- 40% deposit is required to confirm booking. Remainder of booking total and bond are required 10 days prior to stay.

- A $200 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.

- Mid stay clean ($150) is only available for bookings over 7 days (unless otherwise arranged).
