新しい3ベッドルームの近く、ビーチとメインショップまで徒歩圏内にある2バスルームのホリデーハウス。
家庭的な雰囲気の美しい内装。島でのリラックスした休暇に必要なものすべて。
2つのベッドルームにはクイーンベッド、3番目のベッドルームにはダブル、下にシングル、キッチン、2つのリビングエリア、ダイニング、ランドリー、屋外、ファイヤーピットコーナーがあります。
全体に美しい装飾が施され、真新しいモダンな電化製品、タオル、リネンが提供されます。
週末や夏の長い家族の休暇に最適です。

Island Break

Lovely home! Two separate areas which is great with kids! Very close to beach and Main Street! Louise was a delight to deal with! Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautifully presented property

Awesome outdoor space with outdoor sound system, fire pit and BBQ. Beautiful interior design that immediately makes you feel like home. We had a great stay! Thank you Louise!

Wonderful place to stay

It was a wonderful time we had on Phillip Island - that was more than contributed by the location and comfort provided by Eliza's Place. It was clean and cozy with lots of touches that made it very welcoming and the feeling of being at home. Plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, spoons, forks, knives, etc available for the six of us to last for the day before washing them at night. Having 2 driveways was also very helpful. Overall, a very nice place to stay on Phillip Island. Will not hesitate if it is available for our next visit.

Perfect Family Weekend Away

What a gorgeous property and the perfect home away from home! Only a few mins drive to the centre of Cowes and a few mins walk to the beach. The house was clean, well presented and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My 2yr and 6yr old didn't want to come home! We are planning our next trip back to Phillip Island so we can stay here again! Thanks for having us Louise! We had the best time

We have been going away for Easter as an extended family for nearly 30 years and this is by far the best accommodation we have had. So new and clean, great location, beautiful back yard to relax and unwind and enjoy a quiet glass of red, and loved the old car radio hook up providing background music.Communication with Louise very good, will be back again.

Lovely Modern & Clean Family Home

This is the second time we have stayed here. Always an enjoyable experience. It is equipped with everything you need & is always presented well. In a quiet street, walking distance to beach & approx. 10 minute walk to the main part of Cowes - this makes it a great location.

Beautiful house in a great location!

Had a great stay at Eliza's place over Christmas. The house had everything you could possibly need and is in a perfect spot, just a short walk from the beach. Homeowners were easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would love to stay here again.

Most amazing stay!

Eliza’s Place was perfect for our family get away! The house was beautifully presented, incredibly clean and the attention to detail left us wanting for nothing. Nothing was a hassle, which made us feel as though we were more than just another visitor. We will definitely be back!
