Completely renovated and extended 2020/21, ideally better suited for adult stays although kids welcome. 100m from Surf Beach, the house comprises 2 bedrooms with a multipurpose room which can be used as a 3rd bedroom, sleeps 4 very comfortably, can accommodate 6 if a sofa bed works for you. The master bedroom has 1 queen bed, the second bedroom has 1 double bed and the sitting room has a double bed sofa. Please BYO linen and towels. Ensuite and master bathroom (both with heated floors), open gas fire and an original 1960s Italian chandelier in the kitchen/diner! Wifi connection and Netflix available.

But wait - there's more. Outdoors- enjoy the backyard with 2 sundecks and fire pit. Upstairs comprises an expansive roof top terrace with great ocean views, glimpses of Swan Bay and Pyramid Rock. Also enjoy outdoor dining for 8 and a comfortable modular lounge under mottled shade.

To keep costs down, we ask that you clean before you leave, we will ensure high touch points are appropriately cleaned between guests.

We bought our place by the sea in 2001 and have used it mostly for weekends away and have shared it with friends. We undertook extensive refurbishments and extensions in 2020/21 and we are now ready to welcome guests now that lockdowns are a thing of the past.
