Stunning accomodation

My friends and I had such an amazing time at this property. The location is convenient but remote enough to feel like a retreat, the house is spacious and well set up for a relaxing stay. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay

Lovely quiet bush location with fabulous birdlife. Kitchen well equipped and way enough bedding for chilly mountain nights, and wood for the fire. Loved the yummy homemade biscuits and macaroons as a lovely welcome gift.

Thank you for hosting. Your place was exactly how you described it. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed from space heaters to mini shampoo bottles to band-aids. It was 10 steps away from a min walking trail or 15 mins from Katoomba. We (3 adults and 2 kids) really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Great house!

Lovely, quiet and private home to enjoy whilst visiting the Blue Mountains. A very comfortable, well presented property, with a great bush outlook, and only a short drive to the shops and main attractions of the area. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to messages.

Excellent property

Our family of six stayed over the festive season. The house is amazing with plenty of space for everyone! I must admit I’ve never been to a house with such wonderful welcome gifts, we even got a fruit cake and lots of chocolates for our Christmas lunch, plus there were many more stables in the cupboards. I’d really like to thank the hosts for such wonderful gifts! The kitchen, fireplace, lounge room, bedrooms and bathrooms are extremely well presented, but the patio and outdoor area are truly sensational – we spent most of our time outdoors as the views are beautiful and the location is very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very nice too, we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay. Much appreciated!

Canberra to Bullaburra

My young family had a fantastic long weekend away with my brother and girlfriend. House was beautiful. The welcome gift was exceptional and generous. Beds very warm and comfortable. Great kitchen. Warm fire. Blankets on all couches, even the one outside, for snuggling up with lived one's.

A cold escape

We had a wonderful long weekend at this house. One of the coldest of the year but (once we got the log burner going) we were snug and warm. There are also lots of cosy blankets provided... The house feels like it is a million miles from anywhere, but it is a very short drive to the major attractions of the mountains...

Perfect in every way. Tranquil, cosy with every creature comfort and more!

Thank you Silvana for making our stay amazing! After participating in the Ultra Trail 50km run, we couldn’t have had a better home to rest and recover. Cosy fireplace, heaters, beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds, gorgeous blankets. Every part of this house is comfortable and we did not want to leave. We were so appreciative of Silvana and Tony’s thoughtfulness in our stay. The fire was ready to light, the pantry well stocked, and a tray of amazing complimentary treats were just what we needed after our race! Not to mention a soak in the tub of the gorgeous bath room overlooking the scenery. We loved the location, set away from the busy town but only a short drive. Above and beyond our expectations. Thank you! A hidden gem. Will definitely return.

Beautiful location

This house is beautiful, quiet and very cosy. We loved the fire and the complimentary snacks were delicious. Wonderful attention to detail for kitchenware, bathroom supplies and bedding. Almost like being at home!!!

Excellent propert

We very much enjoyed our stay at this wonderful, quiet, clean property. Silvana was friendly answering every question promptly. The house was filled with complimentary chocolates, ice blocks, bread, jams, milk, bottled water and more. We would highly recommend this property and hoping to go back again.

OUTSTANDING!!!

Amazing home, amazing location. Creature comforts were everywhere, everything was soft and warm and inviting, well overstocked pantry and goodies which were appreciated and the best I've ever seen at any property. This place literally wrapped its arms around you the minute you walked in the door, the fire place and heaters kept us toastie and every corner of the house was somewhere new to curl up in, it was so hard to leave. Definitely coming back, definitely telling all my friends. Sensational!!!

Perfect

We had a wonderful stay at Bullaburra. Very friendly hosts, a beautiful house in a fabulous and peaceful location. The house had everything we needed and more. A fabulously stocked pantry and even some chocolates on arrival for my birthday. Thankful for a lovely stay.

Excellent

Really enjoyed my stay here, the location is excellent, an easy drive to all major attractions. I stayed over Christmas period and it was lovely to retreat from the busy tourist trap areas to the quiet serenity of this property. You felt you could just stay in the property looking out the window and you would get to see the nature of the blue mountains at the doorstep.

Enjoyable!

Thanks Silvana for organising everything in such details that makes our stay so enjoyable! The thoroughness of things (cleanliness, live plants and flowers, decorations, table setups, kitchen contents) impressed us immediately after we walked into the property. We will be back if and when we are planning for another holiday in the mountains. We will surely refer this to our friends.

Lovely place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is gorgeous, with some old world charm but lots of mod cons. The fireplace was lovely and cosy, the beds comfy, the kitchen well-stocked. The house backs onto the bush and the deck overlooking it was fantastic. Tension drained away from the second we stepped inside and we had such a fun, relaxed stay here. Our hosts were very nice too. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place and warm hospitality

We head to blue mountains for a relaxing break, and this house was the best choice ever. The house is in a very peacefull surrounding but close to all main attractions of the area. Our host Silvana was really great. She helped me in organising a birthday cake for my husband and she cooked some cookies for us. The pantry had plenty of food which really helped with two little girls. We wish to go back soon.

Great property

The perfect place to relax and unwind with family, everything was thought of by our amazing hosts! There were fresh pastries waiting for us on arrival and a to die for Christmas pudding along with custard! We really felt welcome and at home during our stay and we cannot wait to come back!

Relaxing Cosy Family Getaway

We loved our stay at Silvana's property at Bullaburra! We needed to have a mini relaxing holiday away with 3 children in the Mountains & we achieved that by staying here. The accommodation was lovely, clean, so well set up & the amenities were fantastic. We had the Log Fire going every day and the kids played cricket and explored the property every afternoon. Would stay again, Thank you!

Lovely weekend escape

We had the most relaxing lovely weekend away in the mountains. The location of the property is very well suited to all local walks, which are all a short drive away. It is very easy to get to from Sydney. The place itself is very open and spacious, as a group of five people we fit very comfortably. Silvana was the sweetest host and made sure everything was taken care of, she even made us some delicious scrolls upon arrival which we greatly appreciated after being stuck in traffic getting out of Sydney! Would definitely recommend and stay again :)

Absolutely perfect

Our host Silvana done everything possible to make her house our home for the week give we gave her very little notice. We found whatever was required, even a stocked fridge and pantry. The house tucked away and completely private but still convenient to everything. Will definitely be back here again as we have stayed in many places in the mountains and this one has given us the best experience thus far.
