3 large bedrooms, 2 Queen beds and 2 single (1 with trundle), sleeps up to 7 people.

The quiet, central location is only 3 kms from Sovereign Hill, 2 Kms from the Ballarat Wildlife Park and 2.5 Kms from the CBD, and offers wonderful views over the Eureka precinct of Ballarat.

Eureka Views B&B Ballarat was perfect. The lamp and heater welcomed us upon arrival. It was warm, clean and very comfortable. The location was convenient and quiet. Check in and communication with Jo was seamless. My teenage Son appreciated the PlayStation! I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely Cottage. Thank you Jo.

Beautiful & cosy

Had a short stay & enjoyed very much. Great communication with host Jo. Lovely & charming property with very comfortable beds and central heating was welcome. Even milk, juice, coffee, sugar & cereal provided which which was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend. Thank you

Lovely and cosy

My three daughters and my one year old granddaughter and myself all enjoyed our night at this warm and inviting house. Jo provided many little extras including breakfast provisions to make our stay enjoyable. Our little one loved crawling around on the plush carpets and playing with the toys provided. Beds were comfortable and even though we were there in the middle of a cold winter the house was cosy.

Perfect location

Spent 2 nights at Eureka b&b and enjoyed my stay. Right from the get go Jo was great to deal with, getting back to any enquires promptly. If you’re like me and looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you. It’s a quiet neighbourhood, with little to no traffic noise. The house is very comfortable and cosy and the photos on the site reflect the house; plenty of room for families and ideal for a couples’ getaway. I recommend this house for anyone that’s looking for a nice quiet getaway. 10/10

Pleasant Stay

We stayed at Eureka Views for two nights. Very pleasant/comfortable/quiet and enjoyable spot to stay. Comment from my two friends was " lets see if we can stay there next year for our miniature workshop". Thank you Jo.

A Great Weekend Away

quiet and perfectly maintained

Eureka Views is easy to find, beautifully maintained with comfortable beds and terrific heating. Things like fresh bread, milk and juice and spreads make such a difference, along with electric blankets. A great find and we will return for sure.

Everything needed for a wintry Ballarat break

cozy inside while cold and bleak outside. Central heating made Eureka views warm and inviting throughout our stay. Very comfortable main bed, well equipped kitchen, and spacious lounge. There was only the 2 of us, but house would accomodate 4 or more adults easily. We'll come again (and again)..

Beautiful Warm and Cosy

Couldnt be happier with this beautiful property. Beds were lovely and so comfortable. Fully fitted kitchen so able to to utilize the fact the local supermarket was only up the road definitely makes life so much easier when traveling with young children. Highly recommend Thanks again for having us

Wish we would have stayed longer!

Eureka views was lovely. Very clean & cosy with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were only in Ballarat for the one night but would definitely stay again in the future. The property was close to the town centre but also quiet to enjoy a good night’s sleep. Wish we had arranged to stay longer! Jo was also quick to respond to any querstions & booking process was very easy.
