This was my third time staying at the property with my mum (84) and my 2 Aunts. The house is well equipped and lovely and clean. The house is big enough that you don't feel cramped with 4 adults staying. We were in the area visiting the silo art and the Archibald's at shepparton. The house is well placed for touring the area. Kyabram has all your food needs aswell.

The house is very comfortable & homey. Loads of books and board games and even an electric organ for entertainment. So close to town, walk in for dinner. Or go to the old picture theatre for a movie on a Tuesday or Saturday night.

Lovely relaxing long weekend, house was great and we had plenty of things to do in Kyabram, golf, fauna park, good pub meals, pizza place was great, paddle steamer in Echuca, winery in Negambie, we loved it.

Convenient and cosy

Great quirky home with everything you need. Close to everything, great for families. Well fenced grassed backyard for pets. Our second stay, will be back again.

Lovely house, well furnished and decorated. Had a lot of nostalgic pieces. The house had everything that we needed, including a large, secure backyard. Excellent cooling throughout the house. House well located to the heart of Kyabram and many surrounding towns. Very friendly host; good communication.

Great place to stay

I went with a friend who has a small cavalier. We originally thought we might stay in Echuca but Kyabram House was perfect for our stay. We were able to relax and thought it had every thing we needed

Kyabram house

Beautiful home with all the charm of an old house but with modern convenience. Stayed here 3nights with my mum (82)and Aunts(75). Second time staying here and again it didn't disappoint. House is lovely and clean and well equipped. Great location as base while doing the silo art in the area.

Our weekend

The house was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal for our dog being near the park. We had a few spiders in the house on arrival that worried one of our group. Thanks for having us.

Kyabram stay

Kyabram House is a lovely, very comfortable getaway — old world charm with modern conveniences, including air-con which made the house easy to keep warm on the cold winter nights. The location is great, being within walking distance of the centre of town. Most of all, the large fenced backyard was perfect for my dog, though it was also great that she was allowed indoors with me. We both really enjoyed our stay.

Pet area 10/10 Some maintenance may be required in future silicone in bathrooms, floor in main bathroom, bath surface, front door screen wire peeling paint in lounge. This is a vintage house however it maybe time for a refresh.

Kyabram House was great.

Perfect location 1 minute from the heart of the beautiful town of Kyabram. Paul was very easy to deal with, good communicator and very accommodating towards us as we were evacuating the flooding in Shepparton. The home is very spacious, comfortable and child friendly. Back yard very clean and tidy and our kids loved playing there. Thank you Paul.

Regular stay. Always happy. Dropped a star just because the rooms were a little dusty and a few cobwebs. Not usually an issue so maybe property has been closed up a while

More saucepans Newer frying pans Let guests know a couple of days ahead that their booking is all AOK, giving check-in details. This helps guests to plan and avoids anxiety. Kyabram House

Everything was great! The property is old, (as expected) but has heaps of character! It was clean and well stocked with all the household items we needed. Great location, & we appreciated the air conditioning in the evening after touring the Silo Art areas all day, as it was 37-40c while we were there! We were aware (from reviews) traffic noise can be a problem at night, but we went prepared & didn’t have a problem. It was easy to communicate with the owner. We will return!!
