Cape Winds 508 es propiedad de 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', el mayor propietario de alquileres de vacaciones de primera línea de playa en la costa espacial.

¡La unidad 508 es el ático, unidad de esquina con vidrio de piso a techo! Obtiene una vista impresionante del océano desde la sala de estar y su balcón envolvente del piso superior, que mira hacia el sur y el este y es la mejor ubicación en el edificio. La unidad viene con todo lo que necesita para una estancia cómoda y relajante (toallas, ropa de cama, lavadora / secadora, cocina completa, WiFi, etc.). Las dos habitaciones y la sala de estar tienen TV de plasma HD y cable. El principal tiene una cama king y se completa con un baño en suite y vestidor. Outstanding Location

This is a top-floor corner balconey facing the beach. It is probably one of the best locations on Cape Canaveral Beach. We enjoyed the very hot tub and sauna. There were also beach chairs and beach umbrellas, which we utilized with easy access to the beach. I would stay there again.

Spring Break

Family spring break and we had never been to cocoa beach. The sunrises were perfection! Our daily beach walks were refreshing and calming, laid back vibe was very much needed. Oh and we saw two rockets launch right from our balcony. We will stay again!

Great view

Property was clean with an excellent ocean view north to the space station and south as far as the eye can see. Saw 2 rocket launches from the balcony so we didn’t even have to go to the beach. The beach was very close and the property was secure.

Best condos!

This is my 4th time staying at Cape Winds. We love it here! The condos are quiet, fully stocked, close to stores and restaurants, and have beautiful views of the ocean. Kelsy was excellent at keeping me updated and answered all my questions. This is the ONLY place we'll stay here in the Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral area.

Amazing apartment by the sea

Large, clean and comfortable apartment suitable for four people. Direct sea view. You can see the sunrise every day. Few minutes to reach the beach and also the pool is wonderful. We enjoyed the time very much and want to come back. Thank you Kelsy that you care about us.

As above really good position, views brilliant. Only downfall was the furniture. There was wood underneath the sofa and the condition of the dining chairs, one had badly ripped leather. Need to be up dated! Apart from the furniture, a great holiday

Cape Winds 508 was the best condo we've ever rented! Immaculate condo with a stunning view. Kelsey was an amazing host and we couldn't have asked for a better condo. The bed was extremely comfortable and the decor beachy and upscale. The ample paper and cleaning supplies were an added bonus to the well stocked kitchen. There were even beach towels and chairs provided. We saw Disney cruise ships, dolphins, a SpaceX rocket launch, military aircraft of all sorts and the daily “pelican patrol” was always entertaining. We loved this place and will be back. The quiet residential location was truly a blessing compared to big hotel complexes. Loved Cape Canaveral and had an amazing vacation.

Excellent property, every time!

Everything was absolutely what we wished for. I own my own cleaning company back in Chicago. The only thing that could use improvement is detailed cleaning. The wall in the kitchen had a strange smell to it. I wiped it down with Dawn Power Wash. The toilets could also use more detailed cleaning, as well as the bathroom sinks. Found pink mold on faucet bases. Also, bathtubs could use a thorough scrubbing.

Wonderful time at Cape Canaveral

My husband, son (age 25), my son's girlfriend (24), and mysself spent a week at Cape Winds in early March. We were very pleased with the condo and the location of the resort. This is the first time our family has used the VRBO website to find a vacation location. We were a little nervous about it, but Drew was excellent about all aspects of the rental process and the unit we rented was just as described in the listing. The condo has a beautiful view and the unit has everything you need for a beach vacation. We are particularly fussy about cleanliness, and we found the kitchen and the entire condo up to our high standards. The pool and hot tub were very popular with my son and his girlfriend. The residents of the building are very friendly and quiet. We plan to rent again from Drew!

Everything we needed plus more!

The views were incredible! The condo was in great condition. It had everything we needed plus more. The kitchen was well stocked with large baking pans, which was helpful for our family dinners. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. There were more than enough beach and bath towels. The kids were impressed with the boogie boards and basketball in the closet, while we enjoyed the beach chairs. The condo was extremely quiet. While inside we couldn’t hear any neighbors. We also used the pool and hot tub frequently. We traveled a little over an hour for a magical day at Disney and we’re back to the condo in time for a sunset. We got to see one rocket launch at night from the condo and one daytime launch from Jetty Park. The condo was easy driving distance to many places such as Publix and Ron Jon’s. It was 10 minutes or less to any nearby location we needed. We enjoyed our week. Thank you!

Not ideal

LOVED the balcony and view!!! LOVED watching a rocket launch and the daily cruise ship traffic. We even saw dolphins from our balcony.When we booked this condo, however, there was NO notice that there would be building maintenance. Apparently, there was information on the website AFTER we booked but it said they would be finished the dates of our stay. We listened to industrial power washing for an entire day (where water actually leaked under our door), drilling into concrete under our balcony on a different afternoon and work on our balcony railings another day. There was building maintenance happening 3 of the 6 days we were there that was loud enough we could not nap/relax and purposely went out of the condo to get away from the noise.Our south patio door had cracks in it and had been installed incorrectly so we could not use it. The other patio door did not seem to lock. Upon arrival, the air conditioning did not work. The management did respond within an hour to replace batteries and make sure it was working. The water pressure in the shower was very minimal in both bathrooms. Overall, disappointed in the maintenance interference in our vacation. No discount was offered. Condo was clean and in a great location but would probably not book there again.

Needs attention and care

My family recently stayed in Drew's apartment. While I feel that Drew is a really nice guy he seems to be disconnected from the property enough to allow the condition and cleanliness of the unit falter. The apartment has some amazing features. The corner views of the ocean are amazing. The living room is nice and bright. The location of the building is really great. Where I feel that apartment really falls short is in the lack of regular maintenance and cleaning. The apartment seems to be feeling its age, since its remodel in 2010, with nearly every wall covered in dents and scratches. What was really hard to live with was that the property was simply not clean. The walls and doors are filthy, the kitchen counters were sticky, the cabinets had dried grease and fingerprints and under the beds and furniture was disgusting. It seems that the property gets a quick wipe but never a good deep clean. What really sent my wife into orbit is when she found stains and pubic hair on the bed linen and pillow cases. We really wanted to leave the apartment immediately upon our Saturday night arrival. However, it was difficult to find another property on the weekend when most offices are closed and without notice. When we contacted Drew to voice our concerns it seemed as if he was more concerned about a review that would affect his business than taking care of the problem during our stay. I really wish our experience with this property was similar to the reviews from others. Unfortunately, it just wasn't.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay and wish there is more that we could have done to help address your concerns. Upon check-in we had offered to immediately send one of our cleaning supervisors and teams to take care of anything that may have been wrong, or to let you leave with a full refund, but you had requested we not do either. We pride ourselves in that fact that all of our units are thoroughly cleaned, inspected and stocked before and after each guest. We are available any time and encourage all of our guests to let us know right away if there are ever any issue so that we can have them addressed and have them back to enjoying the beach as quickly as possible.

Beautiful view but....

This isn’t my first rental on VRBO. So, I feel that I’ve seen some good and some...not so good. I came with my husband and 3 children. On arrival, the place was clean. The kitchen is pretty stocked with what you need if you will be cooking. There are two beach chairs, an umbrella (we brought our own beach tent), some sand toys and boogie boards which we added to. The waves were fun! There are two updated bathrooms with showers and the pressure is pretty good. Towels are ok...and there are a lot of them. Lots of beach towels too. The beds….well, it’s not the Westin. Even my sons (18 and 14) complained of their beds being uncomfortable, and the beds are SMALL. The picture looks like two full beds (the ad might even say that) but they are single beds. The sofa bed, if you intend to use it, is awful. AWFUL. I relied on this for another bed and that was a mistake. The master bedroom has a King bed with very outdated bedding. Lots of drawer space and a big closet in master. Balcony, of course with glass windows and chairs/tables was by far the best feature. I lived out there...until (see below) There is a washer and dryer in the unit which was GREAT. Beach was never that crowded. Cocoa Beach Pier is about a mile or so walk and that is crowded. Long walk for my young one. Here’s the thing about the condo though….and the unit. It does have a wonderful view but you are RIGHT above the grassy land that people use to grill and hang out as well as right above the pool. It is loud...very loud... and the pool is open until 10. So, that kind of ruins your peaceful sits out on the balcony looking at the beautiful ocean in the evening. If you want peace with your spouse or significant other...NOT the place to stay. It’s not luxury or romantic. Again, not the owners fault but something the renter should know. Luck of the draw who stays at the same time as you. We weren't lucky. About an hour drive to Orlando if you want to go to other parks. Shopping is 5 minutes away. Lots of restaurant choices. If you don’t have a car, that could be a problem. Won't be returning.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and really appreciate the feedback. I certainly apologize if there were any guests at the building that were being too loud. I can assure you and future guests that the onsite managers and their maintenance staff are typically very good at making sure guests are behaving in both a reasonable and respectful manner. This specific unit is on the top floor of the building, which means that the majority of the time there is very little, if any, noise (the balcony faces East towards the Ocean and not toward the pool on the side of the building).

Great place

Beautiful condo with lovely beach. Unit was exactly as described and pictured. Pool was exceptionally clean as was entire condo and facilities. Tennis courts very nice! Nice location a bit away from more crowded areas of Cocoa Beach – but very close to everything. Communications with property management/owners was incredible. Probably management company best I have ever experienced when renting through VRBO. Attentiveness and follow up were fantastic. Highly recommend

We really loved out stay. First time in Florida. The condo is fantastic with great views. Got to watch cruise ships go in and out all week. Saw a rocket launch. We loved it so much we are going for 2 weeks next year. First time we've done that in 20 years.
