A Cozy Family Villa w/ Spectacular Jungle View
A newly built and very well maintained cozy villa in a safe and quite environment with spectacular and unblocked view of paddy fields from all bed rooms, living room, kitchen, and the swimming pool. All bedrooms are spacious and equipped with ACs and private bathrooms. Kitchen and living room are free to use with Netflix-ready internet 42" TV. The swimming pool is 1,7m deep with excellent view toward paddy fields and jungles. We believe you'll find it hard to forget your holiday experience :)
The common areas in the villa (garden, pool, garage, living room, etc) will be cleaned everyday for 3-4 hours in the morning/afternoon. We want to make sure that our villa is very well maintained and cleaned everyday but at the same time we want to keep the privacy of all our guests. Please do note that the housekeeper will not be responsible to clean up your bedrooms. We do not provide a washing machine in the villa as you can easily find many laundry shops near our place. Just ask our housekeeper for help if you need to send some clothes to be washed. The cost of laundry is around Rp.5.000/kg (or US 40 cents/kg) and when you get them back, they are already folded, ironed, and ready to wear. Just enjoy your holiday and don't bother about the laundry ;) The pool is cleaned thoroughly twice a week and our garden is meticulously maintained. Our garage can accommodate 1 compact car and 1 scooter. So if you plan to rent one during your stay, parking should not be a problem. Laundry and small mom-and-pop stores are scattered within the radius of 1 km, therefore we provide 2 folding bicycles to be used at anytime. In case you're into surfing, the beach is just 5 minutes away.

We're a young family with 3 little kids living in Denpasar, Bali. We love to travel around the world and would like to share the beauty of Bali and its people to the world. This villa is owned and maintained solely by us, so we always take a good care of the property.
Why they chose this property
The villa is located in the heart of south Bali, where it's just within 15 minutes driving to all the best spots Bali has to offer. We provide 2 folding bicycles in the villa if you are interested to get around and buy things during your stay. We don't charge you for using our bicycles :) However, we can also provide you with a scooter for an additional cost of US$6/day if you plan to go a bit further and explore Bali just like what locals do. Just let us know in advance about this matter when you book. If you're adventurous, we recommend you to take a brisk walk down the paddy fields toward to river under the hill, it's worth the view and experience. Coming from the airport is faster using Grab/car sharing, and it costs around US$20 one way. If you prefer us to arrange the pickup service, please let us know in advance. You can check in at anytime after 2 PM. We'll provide you with the code to unlock the front gate if our housekeeper is no longer in the villa by the time you arrive.
What makes this property unique
Pool, terrace, bicycles, and other facilities in the villa are free to use. Just take a good care of them. If you rent a car, you can use the garage. It fits 1 small size car. Scooters are provided upon request. We provide oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, mineral water, and many basic cooking materials for you in case you want prepare your own meals. The TV is internet ready, so you can cast any program from your phone directly to the TV. The sound system is a full 5.1 surround system. A spacious terrace with bean bags is a perfect spot for you to spend the afternoon while drinking beer.
