About this property

"Luxury on Wyse" - A minute's walk to Dean St.

A fabulous Red Brick Cottage that has been totally renovated and extended. It has the ambiance of yesteryear with the mod cons of today.

Set in a tree lined street, only a minute's walk from the shops, restaurants and clubs that make Albury the cosmopolitan city it is. Also close to the renowned MAMA -Murray Art Museum Albury that has lots of visiting exhibitions.

The cottage has two bathrooms as well as a separate powder room, 3 bedrooms with comfy queen beds. A dining room, lounge room with electric leather recliner chairs as well as two other lounges. A 60" Smart HD television with Foxtel to watch whilst snuggling up in front of the gas log fire or do some internet surfing using the wireless keyboard.

Alternatively sit in the covered outdoor area - if its hot, turn on the ceiling fan and block out the sun using the electric blind OR if its cold or raining, turn on the electric heater and pull down the PVC blinds and enjoy a good book.

And don't forget to turn on the fountain on the patio.

Previous to being in the accommodation industry, Maurie and Gayle owned a large company that operated along the east coast of Australia, from Melbourne to Brisbane and everywhere inbetween, so naturally there was a lot of travelling involved.
After staying in many motels and hotels we felt we had a first-hand understanding of what people miss while they are away.

In light of this Executive Cottages was established to provide tastefully renovated, fully furnished cottages for either short or long term accommodation. Most importantly, each cottage has extremely comfortable beds.

Whether you’re travelling to Albury Wodonga for Business or Pleasure we’re sure you’ll be both comfortable and happy with your stay.
