Large comfortable & safe, fully private enclosed home which caters for ( 16 people ) with large solar heated in ground pool.

The home is ideal for respectful Families or Groups of Friends.
No Schoolies, parties or events!
We no not accept excessive noise, loud music, Illegal drugs! or offensive language!!

Inside there are 2 living area's with large Smart TV
Ducted heating and Evaporative Cooling to keep you comfortable all year round.
Fully covered outdoor area with barbecue, outdoor seating, fridge,lounge, TV & much more...

The home is 450m from the supermarket and shopping complex. 20 mins walk to the beach, main shopping strip, cafe's, bars and restaurant's.

Families with young ones are catered for with extra which include (Porta cot, highchair, pool toys, air hockey table & table tennis table ). Rear back gate leads out to an oval, basketball courts,playgrounds.

Frank the host was fantastic answering all our questions and giving us clear and easy to understand instructions.House had plenty of room to spread out in with plenty of rooms, outdoor area with BBQ was huge and the games room in the garage was perfect for our kids.Location was great also with a supermarket just down the road to get all essentials.Thanks for everything.

This house accommodated our group of 12 very well. The outdoor undercover area with BBQ was great & the kids loved the games room and pool.

Great house! Super Clean and awesome for big groups!

We had a great stay at Frank’s house! Everything was very clean and we were impressed by the living areas, making it super comfortable for our group of 11 who stayed in Ocean Grove for a sporting competition. The pool was awesome and we loved the big TV with youtube features! Thanks for having us 😊

Golf Trip

The property was well maintained and well appointed to cater for large groups (or families). We had a large group of 15 stay at the property in comfort for a golfing weekend. We enjoyed our stay and the host Frank was easy to deal with and checking into the the property was easy and convenient.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Our family had the most amazing Easter together in this wonderful house. There was nothing the house didn't have and made our stay so enjoyable. The kids loved the games zone and pool while the adults sat around the outdoor area. Would thoroughly recommend to a large family group for their next getaway!

Family Holiday

Property was great for our family of 16, really good space inside & out. Only suggestion, it would be great if there was an extra shower & toilet even if it was outside near the pool area. Our kids loved the park area via the back gate as well, good for kicking the footy & playing basketball.

Oasis is true description!!

Facilities were excellent - everything we needed was available. Lots of space for our 4 couples and more. Comfortable beds and well laid out entertainment areas. Pool was refreshing and the games room and outdoor BBQ area is a great get together zone. Throughly recommend this house. We all had a great time.

Family Weekend

We had a perfect stay with our Australian family during our visit from America. The house had exactly what was described. The kitchen was especially well equipped with everything we need except a can-opener. Very clean. Thank you for providing such a nice home for our use.

Fantastic House

Group of 10 older guys used the Oasis as our base for a golf week in the Bellarine. The house was perfect, with 6 bedrooms a clean warm pool, excellent games room and outdoor BBQ area. I could not fault the place, highly recommended. In addition, the communication with the host Frank, was excellent!

Fantastic Property

We booked this property for a party of 8 golfers! Plenty of rooms & beds. Amenities were brilliant for our purpose and the extra touches like table tennis table was perfect. Great property and the pool was ideal for a hot weekend. Plenty of TV's, full access to Hubble Unit was well utilised and the BBQ and outside area was perfect for us ! Highly recommend to for groups of multiple families and very good value for money. Frank was very helpful leading up to the trip, easy access for check in too. Would use again

Amazing home & location

Frank was very easy to communicate with. Everything was well-placed & clean. Frank thought of every detail to make the perfect weekend. It was the perfect spot for family & friends to gather, easy walking distance to the beach and ocean grove hotel & close access to shops. We would definitely come back! Thank you for having us!
