Perfect for families, beach goers and corporate bookings Casa Del Mar set over three levels will comfortably accommodate and entertain the whole family, even the extended family.
It’s situated in a highly sought-after beach street location only 100 metres from Wamberal beach and features 5 large bedrooms, four bathrooms a heated swimming pool, and comfortably sleeps up to 15 people (Maximum 10 adults per group)
This magnificent home offers family living at its finest with large bedrooms all with built in robes and 3 including an en-suite and did I mention the self-contained pool cabana complete with kitchenette and bathroom.
The main residence has a total of 4 bathrooms plus two powder rooms, one on each level, a huge open plan kitchen with ceasar stone benchtops and butlers pantry, an open plan living, dining area that opens onto the entertainment balcony with ocean views looking over north Wamberal beach.
The heated pool will meet all your needs for your family holiday and provide a haven to simply relax and enjoy the sounds of the sea.

You enter the property through security gates into a fantastic 4 car basement garage that has plenty of parking for everyone. The property is fully fenced both front and back and is suitable for children.
The backyard features a resort style heated pool with its own shower and toilet.
The backyard is north facing which means the pool and entertainment area receives sun most of the day.
FIRST FLOOR
With internal access from the garage you can reach the first floor where you find four bedrooms, two that feature an ensuite. The main bathroom, laundry and powder room and access to the pool area.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor consists of one bedroom with an ensuite, additional powder room, modern kitchen with butler’s pantry and gas cooking. Dining area seating eight people and an open plan lounge room with ocean views towards looking over Terrigal and it’s iconic Skillion.
The kitchen/Dining opens onto the balcony with a five burner BBQ that overlooks the heated pool and has ocean views of north Wamberal beach.

Casa Del Mar is located on the scenic Central Coast only 90 minutes north of Sydney via the F3 Freeway. The property is a hop skip and a jump from Wamberal beach and only a short walk to Lotus Café or Green room café where you can get a nice coffee.
Terrigal and Wamberal Beach are popular amongst tourists and residents for its great surfing, fishing, and diving. Terrigal beach is a 10-15 minute walk from Casa Del Mar where you can find award winning restaurants, cafes and great boutique shopping.

NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR
Please note our properties are designed specifically for larger groups, however they are not party houses.
The guests agrees to:
- Have no more than the agreed upon number of occupants at the house.
- Not have any party, event or function
- Please note we do cap the adults at the house, unless otherwise approved. (We do accept family style bookings, corporate/ retreats and minors are welcome at all our properties)
- The lead guest is responsible for the group conduct – we ask that everyone abides by local laws and rules including conducting themselves in a manner which is not a nuisance to neighbours.
- POOL HOURS: MONDAY - SUNDAY 8AM - 10PM
Noise
- You are welcome to use a speaker ‘UE Boom 3’ size or similar at the property at a reasonable level. We work on a one warning basis, so if there are neighbour complaints, we will ask you to turn this off.
- QUIET HOURS: Between 10pm and 7am, no speaker is permitted between these times.
- DJS are not permitted onsite at any time. Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all properties.
- Security does monitor the property and can be called for an undue noise complaint – please note this is a $250 call out fee each time if they do need to attend.
Please note you will be asked to sign terms and conditions contract at the time of booking. Our noise policy is listed in the property description and if you wish to see the full terms please advise and we can send these through for you.
