On departure, we require the apartment to be left in clean condition, with kitchen clean, dishes washed and rubbish disposed off.

On departure the apartment keys are to be left inside the apartment with apartment door locked. TV, Air conditioner, lights off.

No party is allowed in the apartment and quiet hours to be adhered to of no noise between 10pm and 8am.

Location makes this unit ok. The shower was terrible. Kitchen tidy, use of pool but not gym.

Older unit but it’s just somewhere to lay your head. Great location with easy access to Darling Harbour and China Town. Shower needs fixing.

Avoid at all cost

The manager charged a fraudulent amount for deep cleaning without evidence, itemisation, or relevance to our stay. We accept responsibility for less than 10% of the attempted charges and will dispute through legal avenues, and likely succeed. The below was drafted during our stay but she's now decided all the items we spoke about are lies.We had to stay here at one of the most vulnerable times in our family's life.The experiences here included a fire alarm waking us up and needing to evacuate (due to commercial and restaurants under us), having no hand soap on arrival, hearing death threats and loud bangs overnight with much verbal abuse and fear for our safety as it was right outside our one keyed door, being expected to clean out the washing machine filter (every cycle after doing it three times), having no ability to dry sheets, and being invited to feel inferior to an 89 year old relative for not finding washing machine filter cleaning easy! The bathtub stains were a good test of the kids' hygiene and the water variability and unreliability makes you stronger. The sensory experiences of smoke through the corridor of the non-smoking floor coming under the door to reach your lungs is interrupted any time you step into the lifts which have an amazing tendency to smell as if a rubbish truck is next to you. Traveller beware.

Property Manager was quite friendly and accomodating

Location was very convenient and everything was accessible such as restaurants, shops and tourist sights.

Definately not luxury! Disappointing

Booked to stay for 4 nights x 3 adults. Pictures are deceiving as this apartment was nowhere near the size it looked! The person that met us with keys had very poor English, when she took us around the building to show us the rooftop pool etc multiple keys did not work for doors/lift etc & there was the most bizarre way of accessing the pool involving different lift levels & hallways. The hallways themselves look terrible - like a tenement block. Strong food smells & scrapes and paint scuffs all over the hall walls & doors. Poor maintenance. The apartment itself was clean but the bathroom was old & dated with a hole in the roof above the bath! We were told this was because the room above had flooded!! Not very reassuring! Cabinet doors were scraped & marked, cups & crockery were all odd numbers considering this apt can sleep 6 pers & everything was just shoved into cupboards. Water & milk/tea/coffee would probably be better appreciated than warm white wine after a long flight! View was onto Chinatown..not scenic, busy and loud at nighttime. There was a constant cold draught which blew in through one of the living room windows- not good if you are sleeping on the sofa bed beside it! This place needs updated before it could be accurately described as "luxury"

Great location

Darling Harbour is a great place to stay in Sydney. The children's playgrounds, great restaurants, aquarium, zoo, ferry services are all right there.

Good choice as a Base for sightseeing around Sydne

Enjoyed our stay - but we had 3 staying in the apartment, a married couple and a single person - the bathroom was accessible only from the main bedroom which impacted on privacy. The fixtures in the apartment could do with some maintenance ie. doors on cupboards were very worn.
