Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely positively no smoking in unit or on balcony / stairs of unit. Dispose of cigarettes in designated areas. STAY OFF DUNES. TRASH TO DUMPSTER
No gas / Propane devices allowed at ALL ON PROPERTY. No Seafood boils/cookers/gas grills allowed. Only charcoal IN DESIGNATED area near office.
No parties - loud music. This is a families only location. Quiet time from 10 pm - 8 am. Condos are not very soundproof so be considerate of others

Perfect Location

The condo was amazing. Adorably decorated and super clean. The location was perfect. Right on the beach AND a pool!! Marc was great and responded quickly to any questions I had. The only small negative was the WiFi. It is shared by the condo complex which made it almost impossible to actually get service.

Surf City

Coffee pot had mold growing in it. The mattress was horrible. I would recommend taking an air mattress. Quite a few light bulbs needed replaced. Vent fan in bathroom broken. No vaccum available. The pool was nice and clean as was the beach.

I received none of this feedback during the stay and could have rectified if asked. I have been given top reviews from others. To start the rental it was determined that this renter had extra people at the property and I asked her to change the rental information. She acknowledged the fact she had more people but refused to change…I didn’t push it but appears she didn’t like this and retaliated with this review. I should have pushed more but they left the place in reasonable condition. I won’t rent to her again.
