Your Surf City adventure begins at this marvelous ocean view 1-bedroom / 1.5 bath condo. Perfect for a couple or small family after being remodeled in 2019. Amenities include:
-Oceanfront community with zero entry community pool in great surf city location
-King size bed in the master
-Bunk beds in the hall
-Full sleeper sofa in the living room
-2 flat screen ROKU smart TV's
-Fully equipped kitchen
-Access to community laundry room, fitness center and grilling area
-Hypoallergenic rental (no smoking or pets of any kind)
-Guests have access to covered parking space, a storage unit with all necessary beach gear
-Guests will receive gate code for the front gade at the time of check-in and an access card for the pool and laundry will be in the unit along with a guest parking pass.
-Guests are responsible for reviewing and adhering to all Surf Unit Owners Association (SUOA, Inc.) and Unit Owner Rules and Regulations which are provided at the time of the reservation confirmation.

With pool and ocean views, an end unit on the first floor with parking underneath Surf 411 is a perfect little slice of heaven. In our storage room, we have all you need for a beach day including chairs , beach games and boogie boards!
