David was friendly, helpful and accommadating to all our needs.His home was exactly what we needed to spend quality relaxing family time with my children and grandchildren and a added bonus was his home is wheelchair friendly. Cant wait to stay again

Ideal holiday home for families or friends. Great location, close to Pelicans Cafe and a great Thai Restaurant, lots of space and fun activities to do, already provided at the property! We look forward to booking and staying here again soon!

Best location

This property is in an amazingly great location with the best views you can ask for. Waking up in the morning to see dolphin's swimming past was great. Place was clean , plenty of parking room for cars and boats . Big rooms inside etc .. To make it an even better property i would include Wifi fo people can log onto Netflix etc and another TV in the big open area would have been great .. besides this is was an awesome stay .. even the birds were friendly

Wonderful stay

This canal property has everything for a wonderful family holiday. Kayaking, crabbing, fishing and lots of games. The property is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. It's in a great position on a beautiful canal with views to the park on the other side.Lots of birdlife even the dolphins came to visitddolphins came to visit.

Great tranqual location

We had a lovely long weekend at this property. The facilities kept us entertained - table tennis, spa, the corn hole, putt putt, and the kayaks provided! Great access to the water, and we enjoyed our morning coffees overlooking the canal. We were also offered a later check-out time, which we appreciated but, unfortunately, could not use. Thanks!

Family holiday

We had a good stay however a few recommendations for future stays would be. - Better shower heads - Better cook top it took ages to heat up - some tupper ware containers supplied - Small washing powder for the use of the washing machine. - Place mats and coasters This is only a few things that would make a bit of a difference to future guests staying.

Lovely place on the canals

Beautiful home, well situated with stunning views. Caught a few crabs and fish! All round was a great stay.

Fantastic spot!

Very impressive Location and house. It had everything we needed for a great family getaway. Kids loved the activities, table tennis, crab pots and kayaks that were available at the house. Seeing dolphins every morning was a bonus!

Lovely spacious house in a great location.

We have stayed at this property twice now, easy booking and check in process, owner easy to deal with. Lovely spacious house in great location with great outdoor areas, lots of options to keep the kids entertained for hours so adults can relax. House comfortably fits families or larger groups. We would stay again if looking in Yunderup area.

Annual Family Quality Time

This was our fourth year staying at this gorgeous home on the canal at South Yunderup. Special family times and a Birthday for one each time. Looking forward to our 2025 visit to spend some fun, relaxing, quality time all together again. Many thanks to David, our host, for a hassle free week.

Hi, I bought and developed the property with the thought or great Holidays ahead .
The design is with two bedrooms at each end of the house and share the rest.The street has a bridge to get to it , so it is possible ,at low tide to paddle around it.(Duck your head..)

The property is in a Quiet area that overlooks the canal to the park on the opposite Bank.
You can choose not to leave your seat to experience it all , Seating area is elevated to give a great perspective of water , Garden , park and surroundings.
Dolphins & fish are here in abundance , along with the huge variety of bird life , the bird baths make for close encounters.
pure serenity ! OR.. Go Adventuring !
