NEW Sea Breeze - Stunning Views in a Modern Auckland Northshore Holiday Home
Sea Breeze is the ideal holiday home for families and longer stays.
With all the ammenities and comfort of a renovated family holiday home, Sea Breeze is a spacious 2 level holiday home fully equipped with everything you need to make it your home away from home.
In the heart of it all within walking distance of Waiake Beach & Browns Bay village, and yet hidden from the public gaze, you will be mesmerised by the views and enjoy the best that Auckland's Northshore has to offer.
The house spans over two floors and includes a double enclosed garage.
On the ground floor, to the left of the entrance hall, there are two spacious double bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds plus a trundle, while the other features a queen bed. The ground floor also includes a full bathroom and a separate laundry equipped with a washer and dryer.
The second (upper) floor houses the master bedroom with a queen bed, a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. A powder room serves the large family/open space area, which comprises a family room/study, a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area, and a living room offering a beautiful view of the bay.
There are no child gates on the stairs. However, you can close the doors between the living room and the office/family room to create a toddler and infant-safe area that includes the family room, kitchen, and living room. We also have a baby cot available upon request.
Please note that there are outdoor stairs on both sides of the house connecting the front and back gardens, so small children will need supervision around those areas.

Fabulous Staycation
Perfect for our 4 day break away. Lovely home with spaces for everyone and a beautiful garden that provided excellent privacy. Felt safe and secure with off-street parking for two cars and turning space. Easy communication with the owner and thrilled with all the amenities provided. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Exceptional property, clean modern with everything available to make your stay comfortable. Maisa the property manager was amazing giving exceptional service with regular contact when needed. I didnt want to leave.

We had a wonderful vacation at Sea Breeze
This is my first time renting at Sea Breeze and it is my favorite VRBO / BNB to date (January 2025). The pictures on the listing are accurate. Maija was especially accommodating when we had a change of plans that shifted our travel dates.
