What we love most about Kings View is the balance of privacy, comfort and convenience. As an end-unit townhouse, it feels quieter and more separate from neighbouring homes. Guests have particularly appreciated the three toilets, which make mornings easier for families and shared stays, as well as the deep, luxurious indoor bathtub - a wonderful place to soak and unwind. The sunny deck and garden offer another relaxing space, while the open-plan kitchen and living area make it easy to spend time together.

The neighbourhood has a friendly community feel, with Panmure Basin, the yacht club, parks and swimming facilities close by. Sylvia Park offers extensive shopping, dining and entertainment, while nearby trains, buses and motorway connections make exploring Auckland straightforward.

Hosts: Grace and Kristian live close by and are available to assist if needed while fully respecting guests’ privacy.

Clean and tidy house. Family friendly. Online listing said dryer but didn’t appear to be one. Could work tv but wasn’t a major issue. Great stay and location for us.

This townhouse was spacious, modern and suited our needs perfectly. It was a home away from home. The townhouse accommodated us very well and was easy to live in for four days as we explored various parts of Auckland.

Extremely comfortable property

We would highly recommend this property, it was exactly what the photos portrayed. Very clean and tidy and functional for a party of 6 adults. The 2 queen beds were extremely comfortable with lovely linen.

Very Nice Property!

Grace was incredibly helpful during our stay. It was a bit chilly some nights so the extra blankets were helpful. Small space heaters may be a nice addition for cold nights/mornings.

The property suited us well for a weekend stay to go to a wedding. Property had everything we needed. Had trouble finding the gas bottle for the bbq. Otherwise a perfect stay.

One of the first things that struck us was how well-maintained the house is. It's evident that the owners take great pride in their property, as every corner is immaculately clean and well taken care of. The layout of the house is both practical and inviting. We had a very comfortable stay.

Clean, modern and roomy

Great base for us to enjoy Auckland while our son competed at the Colgate Games. The house was warm and welcoming and surprisingly spacious - the bedrooms were ideal and it was really good to have three toilets! The only slight issue we had was figuring out the lock on Day 1. Communication was top notch - highly recommend.

Our neighbourhood is safe and has the buzz of family life. The green fields and glistening water make for beautiful walks, and the playground is close by, so kiddies have a great energy outlet.

Being close to the transport hub gives ready access to buses & trains, and on the way, there are plenty of places to grab a coffee or something to eat.

We have lived in the neighbourhood for 15+ years and have had no safety concerns.
