Beautiful waterfront home with kayaks

True Blue Island Getaway is a spacious waterfront home on beautiful Hindmarsh Island only 82 kms from Adelaide.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite and walk in robe. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.

With amazing 180 degrees out over the water, the spacious living area includes dining room, kitchen and family room. The superbly set out, open plan kitchen with gas cook top and electric oven has everything you will need. The dining room seats eight people and adjoins the family room which has two sofas, tv, dvd player and play station with games.

This sophisticated holiday home is well equipped and beautifully furnished with a formal lounge with tv and dvd player for those intimate quiet times. There are two bathrooms where you’ll find hair dryers, hand and bath soap. Rejuvenate your senses in the large spa bath which is separate from the main bathroom.

True Blue Island Getaway backs onto the water with superb views, overlooking a large grassed lawn area and your own private jetty. For those who have their own boat there is a boat ramp conveniently situated just around the corner.

Children are welcome with a good selection of books, board games and video games provided. There is a side section fenced with a pool gate to keep the little ones safe out of the water when you need to. Both sides of the property are fully fenced.

There is an outdoor patio overlooking the water with an eight seater outdoor setting, a bbq and a chimaera for those cosy winter nights.

Whether it’s just plain old relaxing, a romantic getaway or an adventure packed holiday, True Blue Island Getaway is a great place to stay on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

This is our second time at this property. The house has everything you need ( except for maybe the paddle boards that were here last time) and maybe another kayak. It is very clean and well looked after. Great location too. We will definately be staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully presented, and with four adults there was more than enough space for everyone. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need.The outdoor area was stunning — the perfect spot to sit and watch the water and passing boats, or to take advantage of the kayaks provided.I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Carole was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.A definite 10/10 place to stay.

Spectacular home away from home

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this beautiful, comfortable home with everything you could possibly need. The views are spectacular and my boys loved the kayaks and fishing. The home is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. Communication with the host was the best we ever experienced and we highly recommend staying at True Blue.

Excellent location, new and clean!

I've booked this accommodation for my daughter's birthday, all of us had such a great time Kayaking in front of the house, we all love being in the river, it's so clam, this house is located at an enclosed area that no boat diving passes us. I can relax to have my children swim safely and most importantly I can be inside of the house looking out at the river when I have enough sun. This house is newly renovated, everything is so nice and clean. It's one of the best holiday home I've stayed, really felt like being at home. Owner of this house has all the kitchenware that I don't need to panic how to cook a meal with limited cookware. Excellent location, new and clean!

Lovely stay but check the fine print.

Walked in to a beautiful clean fresh accommodation and once down the long dark corridor a beautiful light filled room looking onto the water. When booking the host called because the property was erroneously available but she would honour the booking and eventually the advertised checkout. She informed us that they were too busy to make up the beds in the second and third bedroom. Seemed strange but we agreed that was ok. When we went to the Roos however, there was no linen or towels for those guest. On the ad there was clearly listed towels and linen under essential amenities; I do not book where I have to take y own linen. We contacted the host and were sent the fine print at the bottom of the long scree of property details that said bring linen or charged extra. We did eventually sort this out. Ad also said child friendly, fully fenced and pool but was no pool and completely open to the canal. Cleaning cost misquoted but as incorporated into overall cost was less of an issue.

Such a great clean property. Everything you need. Well equipped kitchen, BBQ. The SUP board and Kayaks kept the teens entertained for hours. Highly recommend this property. This was our second stay. Love the spot on the Marina
