Location was incredible

This place is in the perfect spot for the beach. We loved walking to the kings beach convenience store for a Colombian coffee, they sell some really yummy cheese, dips and meats. Yum wasabi was literally across the road and the best Thai food we’ve ever had. The apartment had all we needed for the stay, lots of room for a family, fans were amazing and high powered so the no aircon didn’t bother us. We didn’t really have any issues apart from the unit needing a little vacuum when we first got there. Other than that, enjoyed our stay

Enjoyable Stay

My family and I had an enjoyable stay. This property is in a prime location meters from the beach. Some parts to the property were not clean when we checked in but it did not stop us from having a great holiday.

Fantastic position

We loved our stay....however we do have some feedback. Having a 2 hr window to cillect the keys from a busy shop in a busy st wasnt so convenient...especially when we noted a lockbox right next to door when we arrived at property. Surely the keys could be left there?. And while it was in the information that we had to privide our own linen, specifically sheets and towels, it was not mentioned that included tea towels too. When you going for a 3 day holiday, it would be nice to just arrive and have those things avaialble. There was also no tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, oil,glad wrap, dish liquid.....any of those little condiments that are often provided else where. Kitchen was well appointed aside from that. But my whinge is over....the unit was spotlessly clean...fantastic position from beach, playground, eateries and the pool was crystal clear, lots of books and games to play! Overall, we loved our time here.

Close to beach

Handy location to beach. Has most things needed. Unfortunately the lounge fan didn’t work had to get a new battery for remote but then it kept playing up . Light and fan would turn on and off by itself . Not fun in the middle of the night. Shower filled up with quite a bit of water but ok.

Coloundra family stay

Great space, size & location. Beds comfy and nice waking up to birds singing. We felt a little disappointed there was not much of a view & the property is getting a little tired. Nothing provided, no tea or coffee or toiletries like shampoo or body wash.

Wonderful place to stay

Overall fantastic place to stay. Only a couple of minutes walk to Kings Beach. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Location and convienence without the view.

Just enough space for family of 5. Some compromises are needed ie luggage space, lack of working DVD player, but proximity to beach, cafes, restaurant and ocean pool was great.

Great location at Kings Beach

Unit is comfortable and accommodated our family very well. Balcony and pool in the complex were a bonus. Very convenient location close to sea water pool, patrolled beach, playground and parks with walking paths north and south. Convenience store and coffee shops and takeaway close by. We didn’t use the car till leaving - a very relaxing break.

Holiday Accommodation

The only criticism I have is that there were no kitchen supplies what so ever. I have never stayed in short term accommodation that hasn't, at a minimum, had some tea/coffee, sugar, etc.

Family Holiday

The apartment was perfect for our family close to the beach and food outlets. Has everything you need in the apartment (including a high chair perfect for us with a Bub,) just make sure to take linen including tea towel and Bath Mat. Got a beautiful breeze hardly needed the fan. We loved it will definitely stay again in the near future..

Great except for the lack of parking. On street parking was at a premium. Often had to park down at the beach. Great for the sandflies but not for us.

Needs a spring clean

Fantastic unit location and feel. The unit looks priistine with immaculate decor and colour. However i was a bond cleaner for 20 years and upon closer inspection the unit could do with a once over. We all loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come again. I regularly rent apartments and yours undoubtedly is the best value for money i have experienced. A 9 out of 10
