Perfect for families, couldn’t be happier with our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Percy’s over Christmas. House is so well set up, with multiple spaces to sit and relax. Perfect for families/children with a great backyard and spa. We especially loved the outdoor shower with hot water- perfect on return from the beach! Thank you to the amazing host Christine.

Wonderful beach house

Well equipped house with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Great location, close to both Jan Juc and Torquay beaches and shops. Great for young children with a nice backyard, spa and lots of boardgames for to keep them entertained. Christine was amazing to deal with ☺️

Fabulous Jan Juc

Great family spot for our family of 6. Huge upstairs open area and another smaller downstairs games room. Kids enjoyed the games in the house as well as the table tennis in the carport.

Awesome place to stay

Had an amazing time staying at Percy's beach house. The property was exactly what we needed and everything was perfectly presented when we arrived. Hosts were great to talk to and were very attentive to any questions or requests. The spa post surf was a treat!! Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful beach side home

We loved our stay at Percy's Beach house. It is a very family friendly home, with a great set up for the kids. We felt at home, the place was very clean and fully equipped. Lots of games for the kids too! Christine was very helpful. We would definitely go back there.

Amazing! An excellent stay

A great place for a family or a group. The house was clean, cosy and in a fantastic location. The owner Christine was incredibly kind and helpful with going above and beyond to help us out with all our requirements. Definitely keeping this one in mind for future stays.

Myself and 7 friends stayed over the New Years weekend, great communication with the owner, such a nice house and photos don’t do this place justice. So much space and awesome views. Definitely will be back!

Loved this place

We had an amazing stay at Percy’s Beach House. The house was great, well equipped with plenty of room inside and out. The views are awesome, it’s an ideal position and distance from the beach. Great for families for a fun and relaxing stress fee holiday. We’ll be back! Thanks to the lovely owners.

We loved Percy’s.

Close to the beach, Jan Juc surf club and the walking trails. The house was in a quiet street, and was very clean, well presented and fully equipped. The front and back decks meant we had access for all day sun with water views. Also, it was great having separate living areas so the kids had their own space. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Beach house!

We had a fantastic time at Percy's Beach House! The house was spacious with lots of natural light and had a great feel. Communication with owner was great, would definitely stay here again!
