Spend your days combing the secluded beach for natures treasures. Scan the coastline for whales breaching and take a moment to reflect on a landscape steeped history of early explorers, perished ships, heroism and foul play.

Boasting your own private access track to a secluded beach, this spectacular 10 acre property is located approximately 50km west of the picturesque fishing village of Port Fairy, neighboring the Western end of the Great Ocean Road. Enjoy miles of walking along the beautiful stretch of beach.
Great for couples, families, big groups, and furry friends.

The home displays warm natural colours throughout, French doors and Tuscan sandstone floors. Formal and informal living spaces as well as 3 open fires. Galley kitchen with marble bench-tops, ducted gas heating plus electric slab heating, ample rainwater plus beautifully landscaped gardens.

We celebrated my 60th birthday at this property and were not disappointed. This house is massive and accommodated 14 adults and 3 children easily. Beautiful grounds and a lovely private walk to a beach. Everyone was so impressed with this house. Such a memorable few days away. Hosts were very accommodating.

Perfect place for a large group

Private access to a wild beach where you can walk for miles. Very well equipped. Bedrooms and bathrooms galore. Wonderful flat grassed area just off the deck - perfect for footy and cricket. A wonderful place for a 70th birthday getaway with kids and grandkids and the dog.

Lovely property

What a lovely property with adequate room for 18 of us from 4 families. Everything was carefully thought through for a pleasant stay. Access to private but safe beach, massive lawn, cleanliness throughout and lacked no amenities. Sophie was very prompt in her responses and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay and highly recommended this for a large family/friends bonding.

The property is absolutely stunning and the house itself is so warm, vibrant and spacious - we were lucky to get a stunning weekend of weather, allowing us to maximise full use of the property.We had our wedding there on the Saturday afternoon / evening and was divine! Sophie has managed to curate such an exquisite home full of warmth, character and modern vibes. Everyone that came to our wedding was in awe of the space and frequently commented on the property. Simply perfect

Longmeadow is ideal for any gathering of friends and family. It is spacious, extremely comfortable, set in beautiful surrounds, and very peaceful. We had 22 stay over the week, with people coming and going - all enjoyed the property, access to the beach, and space to spread out and catch up. The property is close to many significant natural and culturally important sites giving you a wide range of activities and areas to explore. Perfect in every way.

Such a beautiful place.

A fabulous house in the most beautiful place. It was beyond our expectations and we had absolutely the best few days with family celebrating my 70th. The house is huge & accommodated 3 generations of family - beautiful grounds, long walks on the beach, amazing fireplaces and wonderful dining & living areas. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped & catering for a crowd was a pleasure. Great communication with the hosts. Lots of thoughtful little touches. Perfect Family Getaway

Theres lots to love about Longmeadow. The house is lovely and welcoming and huge! Perfect for get togethers with the extended family. The garden and surrounding grounds are gorgeous and offers so much space for kids to run and play.We especially enjoyed 'The Great Hall' for dining together. Private beach access is a bonus.Beautifully presented and privately located it ticked all the boxes for our perfect getaway.

Luxury on the farm

Perfect venue to relax and enjoy family . Entire house and property presented in immaculate condition. The perfect setting for our intimate wedding and special family gathering together with all the comforts . Rooms spaced out perfectly to accommodate all ages. We absolutely loved our week there and can’t wait to book another soon . This is a rare find in the south West Country side of Victoria and we felt so blessed to have found it and embrace a wonderful time out from city life. The grandeur of the house is amazing and has everything to offer a special occasion. We were very impressed. I just want to thank the owners for presenting such a beautiful property for people to enjoy a wonderful experience. The furnishings, decor, beds, kitchen, bathrooms are all 10/10.

Great stay

Second time we have stayed as a family. Excellent wonderful homestead and surrounds. Comfortable beds, beautifully appointed living areas, fun games and all very peaceful. Overall outstanding property to stay at, very relaxing and caters for all age groups, from 3 year olds to 80 year olds. No drama for us but the internet connection/wi-fi not available during our stay. Could the final access onto the beach be made more elderly friendly with handrails.
