Queen Lizzy Townhouses are 2 beautifully appointed, executive residences situated within the convenient services-hub of Woodville South. With the QEH located a minute down the street, you can access a range of shopping and services along Port and Woodville Roads. The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. Damage, breakages, theft and loss, excessive cleaning, etc. are the guests responsibility during their stay and the bond will serve to cover the costs incurred. If the costs exceed the bond, this will be at the guests expense. In the event where the extra fees are not settled within 7 days of invoice, Queen Lizzy Townhouses will pass on to the guests all legal costs and other associated expenses related to the collection of the outstanding debt.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated in the booking request or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. In the event where the extra fees are not settled within 7 days of invoice, Queen Lizzy Townhouses will pass on to the guests all legal costs and other associated expenses related to the collection of the outstanding debt.

Charges for renting the property are partly based on the number of guests booked to stay overnight. We therefore ask that the use of the bedrooms (beds, linen and towels) reflects the number of guests that are in your booking. Fees will apply for the use of extra bedrooms.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.

Arrival - the property will be available for you to check in from 14:00 onwards.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest (unless specific arrangements have been made prior in writing with the owner), to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. This includes garden maintenance staff.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Your payment confirms that you release and forever discharge Queen Lizzy Townhouses from any and all liability, loss and damage (including direct, indirect and consequential) or any other claim in any way associated with the use of the facilities by yourself and/or other guests at Queen Lizzy Townhouses.

Guest(s) who booked only for 2 but uses additional bedrooms are required to pay an additional guest fee of AU$25 per bedroom

Perfect place to stay. Modern clean. A yard for our dog with shelter.

Great place to stay. As I said very clean modern and comfortable. Had a great night sleep in a vey comfortable bed. Good size secure hard with shelter for our dog. Highly recommended this place.

Very comfortable

accommodation was excellent. Great location, easy to find and access. Only 20 mins to Adelaide. Shops close by. Bedrooms lovely and spacious, kitchen and lounge area wonderful. All you could ask for. Highly recommended for families or girls weekend away

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend staying at queen Lizzy to anyone. The house ticked all our boxes. It is spacious with a lovely grassy back yard which was big enough for our dog Ruby to enjoy. The shower pressure wasn’t bad and the bed was comfortable. We found Andrew easy to correspond with and prompt with his replies. He told us about a dog park nearby and when we too our Ruby, we must say it was one of the better ones we have been too.
