Summary:

Enjoy a beachside escape at this charming Brighton home, just 250m from the sand. With one queen in the main, queen bunk beds in the secondary, and a pull-out sofa plus a fold-down futon in the living room. Ducted A/C, and a full kitchen, it’s perfect for families or groups. Relax in the private outdoor area, enjoy keyless entry, and explore nearby cafés and coastal trails.



The Space:

Set just steps from the shoreline, this welcoming 2-bedroom house offers a spacious layout perfect for family getaways or a small group holiday. The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom is fitted with two sets of queen bunk beds—accommodating up to four guests in comfort. Blackout blinds ensure restful sleep in both rooms, complemented by homely furnishings and timber floors throughout. A sofa bed and fold-down futon are available in the living spaces. The cosy lounge includes five-seater couch and a TV with Free-to-Air channels plus a Fire TV that can be utilised with your personal login for streaming services during your stay (wifi provided), perfect for evenings in. The dining area seats five and adjoins a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stovetop, electric oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The home also includes a modern bathroom and private laundry with combination washer-dryer, plus indoor and outdoor clothes line. Step through the kitchen to the outdoor patio, complete with a full outdoor setting—ideal for enjoying the coastal air after a day at the beach.

Lovely property in a great location, very close to the beach, supermarket and cafes. Good public transport links in to Adelaide, where there is lots to see and do. The property could do with a bit of modernisation but on the whole a very enjoyable stay in a great location.

The location was good; unfortunately, the weather wasn’t the best. The property is close to everything we needed, especially the train. The house could benefit from a few modern updates, such as improved door locks and outdoor lighting at the back and in the garage also better TV coverage antenna wise. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay.
